My friends truck was robbed so we had a look around the town looking for who robbed it. Upon finding a man repairing an unlocked truck in the middle of the town on his own, I asked him 'is this your truck'

His response was to jump in an immediately begin driving off, so I said several times 'stop the truck' before saying 'I will shoot'

He continued on so I tried to pop him before shooting at the tires when he went out of angle. I obviously did something as he is seen in the video swerving offroad and hitting an object before flipping.

He exited, drew his gun and then started running, I continued to open fire. At this moment he hadn't actually said anything to me that I had heard, which is low quality roleplay in my view.

Upon being RDMd by his friend (separate post) I went to teamspeak. He attempted to convince me I was the one RDMing and performing low quality roleplay, which is in my view attempting to evade his ban by exploting others.

Bloody hell im popular today, well i legit have no words other then your going to get yourself into trouble, oh jeeez!

 
What am I supposed to when you drive off then, let you go? I shot at the truck in the hopes of warning you to stop, in which you didn't, then attempted to disable the truck which worked. You then immediately began running off which is a third reason to kill you.

So in total, -stealing my friends truck, failing to stop when told to several times and asked if it was your truck, and then running away from me. Please, once again, explain how this constitutes me getting into trouble for warning you and you didn't follow the orders despite several warnings even AFTER you stole my friend's truck.

 
I mean its clear to me you have no idea about the rules considering you have a video uploaded to your youtube which shows you teleporting as well i suggest you go to support channels to help you understand the server rules to avoid you getting into anymore trouble

 
Oh, also I would like to mention I never once said 'get out or i'll shoot you'

I said 'stop the truck' 3 times, before saying 'I will shoot' twice, then opening fire. I'm unsure how that is fail rp if I give 5 consecutive warnings before opening fire and not once giving him an 'hand on head or die' situation?

A video teleporting? You mean the one titled 'Loss' ?

If you look closely it was a server restart, and then I was kicked from the server, not once was there any teleporting involved besides spawning in a different city, which we're allowed to do after a restart. Otherwise I would've driven there myself.
