When I was running up to dodgy daves I started shooting at a helicopter that was going to advanced to buy gear and saw the hobos on the side of the bench laying down or crouching. Soon after, they try to benchsnipe us from the exploited stance on a bench of the helicopter. We manage to kill one and get his name, his name was OG RAULLLL. After the helicopter left we asked OG why they were exploiting on the side of a helicopter and they asked us to come to teamspeak to solve it. In teamspeak they were being cocky and saying it's a useless conversation and that they know the rules better than me and [A] Bluu. In this teamspeak conversation they said to me that they were bugged, because they don't want to admit they are exploiting. It's a bit strange that two persons get bugged at the same time, i have never seen someone getting bugged in that position. I have never seen this bug before, the only way I know you can do this is by doing an animation on the bench. If they were really bugged, they didn't try to fix the bug and started shooting from that bugged position.

Hi, 

I was the pilot of the helicopter in this situation.

I would just like to add that in your report you claim we called you to teamspeak which we did not, as specified here which clearly shows your fellow gang member acknowledging : http://prntscr.com/i22t3t

We also came into the teamspeak lobby after you had joined it to see what the issue was, after having explained that it was a bug and that we were intending on landing at dodgy's at which point we were fired at so we had no time to fix the issue you proceeded to call bullshit on the matter to which we could not prove otherwise, I asked you personally if there was anything more that you would like from the situation, i.e comp (even though none of you had died) at which point you said "no, we just wanted to make you aware that this is an exploit". At this point, and this point only did I then wrap this up and leave the channel, the other two stayed behind after for a chat in which I do not know what was said.

I also want to mention that after you had left our lobby I sent you a teamspeak PM confirming that you were happy and that you wanted nothing further, I also mentioned that if you needed anything else please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll come back to the lobby, so why didn't you then message me telling me you weren't happy with the outcome?

"Them landing, but not trying to fix the bug" - If you upload a longer video you can see that the member that jumped out of the helicopter at that moment indeed fixed his bug.

All I have to say is yes I was aware i was in this position, and I stayed in the most suitable stance that looked closest to sitting down, hitbox the same so it is less confusing for you, Im not really sure why yous continued this to a report when this affected no one in a negative way, yous didnt die or lose anything and in fact if anyone was at a disadvantage it would have been me. If i had exploited this stance and lay down in a very awkward position to make my body smaller I could understand where you are coming from but I made sure to do the opposite hence crouched as to simulate the same size as sitting on the bench. Not much else to say if you have any other problems, let me know but thats my view on how I dealt with it, and also when we landed it was for my partner to heal up so it wasnt at the front of my mind to fix this visual difference

”First off, we told you to stop exploiting the prone stance on the benches, but you totally ignored me and kept on shooting. After I shot one of you out of the helicopter RAULLL disconnected while he was in the air (explain this please?). After the situation was over I asked you in OOC why you were exploiting and you said; “if you want anything come ts J”. We joined your lobby and explained why we wanted to talk to you about this, then one of you (think is was Wiisy or Eddylane) started completely bashing us telling us that “this conversation is useless”, “we know the rules better than you”, “why do you complain about every little thing” and “we didn’t ask you to come here”which I personally don’t think is a valid reason to exploit. One of you got very angry and started shouting at us while we were trying to explain the problem. I think it was weird that you didn’t seem to understand why we wanted to talk to you about this since I’ve seen many of you getting reported lately for different kinds of stuff (one of you even has 3 game bans and 4 warning points so I think I have a reason to be suspicious). Our intention was not to report you but to talk it out with you instead but you got hostile and started using irrelevant information against us such as “we know the rules better than you”. I don’t believe it was a “bug”, what’s the odds of both of you benchiesgetting the exact same bug at the same time. I know you know that the prone position is an exploit which you get from doing an animation while you are on the bench and I have never got that through a “bug”. I know you all are old members and should be experienced with this community so as soon as I killed you I got surprised since I thought you were some hobos that didn’t know the rules. I think you’ll find I have had one ingame ban back in 2015 when I was a hobo and minimal reports so bringing that up is literally irrelevant, Unsure as to why “bluu” can not write his opinion for himself. As to the disconnect you will see that the kick message says about speed requirements which is totally against my control, I have already complained about the matter as many playeds deal with this issue, we did not call yu to teamspeak, already explained in @OG Styx reply where we say that someone complained of me combat logging and they told him he can come to ts if he wants, so dont try and play the “you asked us to come to ts” card when I already explained to Bluu yesterday who we called to ts and he said it was a missuderstanding then, not sure why bluu would have an opinion of that we did call him when he said he misunderstood himself. I have no more to say on the matter as this seems petty and nit picky as I tried to combat the glitch and you are determined to have me reported

p.s not one of us can recall you asking us to stop the stance until after we were dead.

Nobody in this situation has 3 game bans and 4 warning points so please do not bring incriminating information in to the situation if it isn't linked to anyone involved. 

This reply is also a disregard of my response as I have already proven that Bluu recognised that we did not call him to teamspeak in my screenshot.

Please can you also provide proof of you asking us to 'stop exploiting' and us 'ignoring you and carrying on shooting' as I believe this is false information.

I'd like to add that you have still chosen to ignore my response above, specifically these points.

As Kevin said above, it seems like you're here just to try and get someone banned, not to resolve anything.

Just adding for the admins, I spoke to Bluu in teamspeak once more by myself to talk over things and he resolved it with me and said he will ask Vliek to close the report as he is happy with the outcome and how it is finished, yet Vliek said to Bluu that he isn't going to take it down which in my eyes confirms or at least greatly backs up the idea of this player not wanting to resolve things and is just wanting me banned

 
I’ve spoken to Bluu and decided to cancel this report. We tried to solve it in teamspeak but your gang was being cocky, that’s the reason why I made this report. 

After we tried to solve the situation someone asked me if I need anything else in text chat on teamspeak, after one of your gangmembers started raising his voice at us, that’s why I said there wasn’t anything else, because there was no point trying to solve it when someone is yelling at you.

Report canceled.
