I was processing diamonds with my 2 friends (Jamhead and No Ting Wong) at the diamond processor, when a gang pulled up and initiated, telling us to put our hands on our heads. I complied and was put in restraints.
'OG Lacy' was running around speaking french in mic, she came over to me and started swearing and calling me all sorts of names I tried my best to be calm and friendly and asked them to "calm down". She was clearly being toxic to try and get some response, at that point my friend (Who I know irl) noticed me getting upset, so he called her out to get the attention off of me and she immediately ran over and shot him dead. I was left watching another gang member speaking to 'No Ting Wong' he was robbing us and he was going to execute him as he had a gun pointed at him before the initiation, he was then instantly killed.
She carried on running around speaking in french which I could not understand. She asked me for my name and I read it out correctly as "Sum Ting Wong" She told me is was a disgusting name and said I was lieing, her friend came over and asked "What is your fucking name" too. They then knocked me out and threatened "I was going to die."
A RAC member (Chris P Bacon) and Vincent came over and sat watching. At this point I felt very vulnerable as it was starting to get personal, I felt attacked at having 4 people surrounding me, laughing at me. I was struggling to role-play here as I was very upset at the words that were being used. I did not want to speak and make things worse however I wanted to stay alive so I still complied as best I could. They started to mess around shooting at the wall to get bullets to "bounce back and hit me". 'OG Lacy' starts Patronizing me saying "Bonjour" and "Je m'apelle Lacy". Chris P Bacon' gets involved and tells him to "lie down flat and shoot forward" to which Andy then hits me. I am then saying i'm in a lot of pain and role-playing that I am shot. 'Vincent' Then starts to shoot in my direction.
'Andy Carroll' Starts telling me to "cry like a bitch, cry me tears, I want to jar your tears". I comply in pretending to cry, to which Lacy tells me to stop and that it "hurts her eardrums". They contradict each other - Andy telling me to "cry like bitch" and Lacy telling me "no".
I am getting really confused here. They carry on with the patronising. Andy saying that I am a show and telling Vincent and Chris to "watch" me. Lacy starts to tell me to "sing Bitch" to which I comply (With really bad singing). Chris then says "ok I think you should have killed him earlier, he's starting to torture us".
Lacy starts saying "goodbye" several times, I Ask why they are going to kill me, and she replies "I need 3 kills today, its a mission", I kill you its mission complete, yay". Chris continues to keep this humiliation going and says that they should ask me questions and If i fail them, then they can shoot me. Andy replies "oh we could do a Trivia, yes very smart".
Vincent asks me a question which i reply with "i dont know" . They continue with the questions which are Riddles that I cannot answer. I can hear somebody else appear and they are then yelling at them to put their hands up. There are then shots. Chris continues to question me, with more shots in the background.
OG Lacy is downed as I hear her screaming in the background, so I yell out that she is downed. She proceeds to say "Shut the fuck up bitch". I finally get shot and killed by OG WelshWolf.


I am new to your servers and have been here less than a week and have been in a few rebel situations as I am in a gang. My gang introduced me very nicely to the systems of Altis, and tries their best to be professional in their role-play. I usually enjoy getting into role-play as It is fun to see how others handle situations and to learn a few things myself. I have really enjoyed the servers and community so far and all the staff have been so helpful.
The whole time I got into this situation I felt victimised, they humiliated me and from my side it felt as if they were trying their best to make me break rules by getting toxic.
When I look back at what is happening I feel really uneasy, I see this as bullying, and I use gaming as an escape from my real life. I want to feel safe here and in this situation I was being degraded, it went so far as to upset me in person and I felt as if I was really getting harassed.

I have not spoken about this with any of the accused as I am worried about getting tyrannised even more. I feel its quiet severe and do not want to contact them on my own.

There is also the noise of Discord in the background as one of my buttons in game is set to that of discord mute. I do not remember if they took my communication as I could not hear them at the beginning, I told them i needed to clear my ears, muted discord and asked them to repeat what they told me and from there on I did not hear anything about communications.

Unfortunately my voice has been cut out in the recording. I did my best to supply evidence of what I replied with. The video has been edited as best as possible into one compiled video.I have missed the initial initiation, however have tried my best to supply you with everything I have. I believe there is enough there to show you the general situation that occurred.

Hello, Andy here, going to try and address what I got from this in an approachable manor as I dont wish to upset you out of roleplay, now, you kept asking "why am I going to die", we gave multiple reasons on multiple occasions and had stated it was a public execution as to which Vincent and Chris had paid to watch, I dont think there was anything wrong with that and your constant questioning of " why are you going to kill me, you must have a reason" got really annoying.

Now onto the serious part, you accuse us of bullying, now I won't be saying your claims are false or true, in my eyes we kept things strictly in roleplay and had no intent of making you feel bad out of game, we were being hostile and kept our characters, you didn't like it but what you claim of us trying to "make you toxic" is blasphemy, we were putting on a show of execution, it wasn't personal, there was no agenda.

The next part of this may be hard for you to read but is an important reminder, this is roleplay, we are roleplaying, in the nicest way possible if you can't separate your in game character and feelings then I fail to see how you are using this as an "escape", hostile roleplay is bound to happen, you can't escape it especially if you are a rebel and going round with other rowdy rebels who call other people bitchs, whores etc. Now without making it too personal here I am sorry for hurting your feelings as that wasn't my or Lacey or anyone else involved's intention we were just on the server for the same reason you were, to have some fun, a tip for next time you aren't enjoying yourself as a hostage, throw the hostage takers some bones, give them some roleplay as to which they can respond with, quite frankly " why am I going to die " on repeat isn't much for us to work with.

Unfortunately, I had to repeat "why am I going to die" several times because you kept repeating "we are going to kill you now", you never explained the execution that way whilst in that situation so of course I am not going to understand. I tried my best at first initiation to make contact with you but I couldn't pass that barrier with Lacy screaming at me and telling me to "shut up bitch" every time I tried to speak, eventually I gave up and just complied with your rules to survive (which still didn't work) I could ask the same about you repeating "bitch". Role-play is role-play but repeating offensive words and going too far is not appropriate. You go about your role-play as normal and not make somebody feel like an instrument for entertainment, for over 15 minutes, directly.  Hostile role-play happens, but hostile role-play and bullying have a fine line between them, that you crossed.

Quiet frankly, I was extremely upset and riled up within this situation and looking back there are a few things I could have said to hint that It was getting out of hand, which is a fail on my part.

Wether or not I separate my feelings from my game, I am still a human being behind the screen, and those words are still being directed to me or "my character" who as it being a role-play server I like to put myself into the game. All games still have "internet bullying", wether or not this is for "role-play." Without being horrible, putting my thoughts down on a page - I feel you are hiding behind "role-play" to intentionally be toxic/bully others. 

I hope you can understand why I sent it directly to a report and the reason I don't want to talk. As i'd like you to try and see yourself in my shoes, being used as a... well.."clown".  I am sorry that I felt this way, but I really don't want's to face somebody like that again after all that had happened.

Now this isn't going to be as sugar coated of a response as the last one as you clearly haven't got the points provided so I will be more clear which will possibly come across in a more pressing manor but after all you are the one who took it to the report.

Right, we both know we gave you more than just this response from Lacey but even so which one is it, in the report itself you recall Lacey giving you reasoning, odd reasoning yes but that is besides the point here, the point being you have already twisted the situation within 1 reply.

You state in this reply that us repeating the word bitch at you is too much and you found it hard to deal with, we had no idea this was happening as I previously stated, you barely roleplayed with us so how were we able to see that, aswell as your lack of roleplay suggesting the fact you didn't like it you didn't try and tell us in a // message, if you felt roleplay was getting out of hand enough so for you to think about reporting us before the situation was over (heard in your video from discord where I assume your friends also weren't too happy with you being called a bitch but were fine when it was them calling Lacey a bitch) then you should've been able to // us a message to let us know you weren't enjoying that word and we would've stopped.

You then go on to claim how roleplay is roleplay but there is a limit, this is where I disagree, on this server rules are in place and aslong as they are followed there are no boundaries. We were not bullying you or swearing out of roleplay, like I said before which I will echo once more as it clearly didn't get through last time, we had no agenda of making you feel upset, bullied or in no way a victim out of game, you were our hostage, did you expect us to treat you like a princess whilst in zipties? Yes perhaps we could've done/said other stuff but like I said we had little to nothing in return from you the whole time we had this encounter.

Right, "hostile roleplay and bullying have a fine line between them, which you crossed", I myself fail to see this line, me myself and probably 99% of the server has been in your shoes and been called every word under the sun, has 99% of us made a report on the people they were hurt by in a 15 minute piece of roleplay? No, like I said before I won't dismiss your claim as bullying is a serious claim... If it were true ofcourse, did we bully you in game, ofcourse we did, we made you and your friends whack your hands on your head and watched you do as we told you to do so, did we bully you out of game, no ofcourse we didn't, I worded it alot softer in my previous reply about you seperating your ingame and out of game character but this time it's going to be more real, if you have a bad time, you are finding it hard to play the game without your real life feelings effecting your ingame character then don't play, there are 160 slots as to which you could bump into anyone at any point and they could make you feel worse, if you are in a fragile place seek professional or guarenteed help, don't go on a roleplay server where you may expose yourself to hostility which is going to damage you out of game without the other party knowing.

Now you go on to suggest that all games have internet bullying, we aren't going to see eye to eye on this as I don't personally believe that you can be bullied through a game, the choice of turning the game off is always there, if you are being bullied in TS or out of game then sure, that is very real but when you are in game on any game for that matter people are there to play, why should I care about your in game feelings when I am playing the game, ingame "internet bullying" as you put it is not real and we did not breach that with our roleplay lastnight as like I stated before (starting to sound like a broken record now I know, sorry) we kept our words strictly within ROLEPLAY.

Your next point is that we, me Lacey and the others are actually hiding behind our monitors to deliberately be toxic, why the personal attack? We simly roleplayed with you, how can you possibly know who we are out of game, how can you possibly think that we are here to be toxic when this (to my memory) is the only occassion I have met you ingame, I have never spoke to you before ingame and never ever spoken to you out of game so I am really struggling to see how you know me so well out of game, even within game my character can change as much as possible, I play as medic, I play as ARAC, AAN, a hobo, an apple farmer, a salt miner, an art enthusist and to be honest whatever I plead, afterall it is roleplay but what you state is out of roleplay and directed right at us, now I am no glasshouse so I won't be typing up a report on you about how I feel bullied but I do wonder what led you to believe what you believe off of one enounter with us and how you think our roleplay justifies your statement but what would I know, I am just a bully who hides behind my monitor delieberately trying to make people feel bad right?

Your last point, no I don't understand why this is even report worthy in your eyes let alone a report without trying to get contact out of game, you had 3 other friends who could've came and talked for you, could've asked staff, you could've done anything, as for your "be in my shoes" like I said earlier this this reply, 99% of the server if not more has been in your shoes, you are no victim, if you are feeling bad out of game then there is help for you, people will listen to you and try to help but my only suggestion is to remember this is a game, if you don't think you can handle this situation again then don't log in until you can or do as I said and send a message in game like follows://Hey, I know it's just roleplay but I don't like the words you are using, can you change the word usage. Thanks.

Now.. I like to put all my cards on the table here..

Fair enough, I may be more sensitive than many people who play the game, I may even have personal reasons for that. However... That shouldn't stop me from playing online. In fact, this is the first time in 1,800hrs on an Altis life server I've come across something so severe. Nobody should be stopped from playing online if they want to, despite any mental, or physical disabilities, and a wide range of people play these games, obviously some tougher than others.

I could bring up 50 thousand reports of "online bullying"also known as cyber bullying. Fair enough, we all have our opinions, but there's no need for the passive aggressiveness. 

I took it as far as saying you were hiding behind "role-play" as in using it as an excuse. Not behind a monitor, i'm talking about your actions, not you. I'm not trying to take this personal. And you are now telling me to "seek help" "irl". This is now taking it a lot further. You're right, I don't know you, I only know what I have experienced, and this is it. However, you now claim to know me, and 99% of other players, at this point you are being a hypocrite. This is not a voting game or a game for points, this is between us, it does not matter what 99% of people would or would not do. This is what I have done.

In that moment, it was so fast I did not know what to do, it is my bad for not telling you sooner through chat how I felt, I was so flustered by the moment my head wasn't clear enough to think about that. I have a pretty 1 set thought track.

I cannot be held accountable for other players actions, and if you or Lacy didn't like them, then you have the power to take them elsewhere, as have I taken my problems where I want them.

Before starting this report I made sure to take this to an Admin to check up that it was OK to report. I have only been on the server less than a week and I don't want to cause any problems. I will however defend my self-worth.

@Kitteni From looking at the video it is hard for me to determine what is actually being said from both parties as your mic is not being picked up on the video. Also in the video as 1:11-1:12 there is a video edit, which in our report a player guide we state that the video should not be edited.

Therefor i am going to reject this report a player on the bases that the evidence has been edited.
