Eddy initiated on our tires but didn't initiate on behalf of the gang, we were then gunned down by him. the Imperials didn't initiate or shoot a single bullet during the incident. We joined their teamspeak channel to resolve the issue and they deny not initiating.
Their methods were poor and they didn't specify that they'd use lethal force.

First of all its not me initiating, its cool, Just to make things clear.

You have been warned that if you'd step out with a gun you'll be killed. you can hear that on your video but because you don't your earplugs in you couldn't hear it as clear, plus your sound quality is absolutely shit, it sounds like someone is using a sink in the background? any chance you can make this better?

Because you are talking right over cools initiaton you can't hear him clearly as well so thats your bad comms that got you killed.

about the initiating part for the gang, You are well known that its a gang initiating because 1 of your guys said in teamspeak : i think its OG they are setting up , that is top Notch metagame i see there?

No you did not resolve it cause i simply asked if you could get the video and show it too me so it wouldn't be back and forth going like no you did not initiate no you did, but no you decided to report me before speaking to me and showing your evidence too me, so in all honesty you did not try to resolve, and because i told you if i think its bad i would compensate.

This does feel like a revenge report, cause you were well known off the situation, you know they initiated on your friends in the qilin.

You are just trying to ruleplay the fact that someone didn't initiate for the gang, altough you know they are initiating as the gang was all around you + you metagamed. 

Ow there is 1 more thing you require a 2-3 minute video about the situation.

We do have a POV from our side altough im not gonna show it or upload it until admins ask our POV.

I am the one initiating not eddy btw. Ill reply to this as I am the one initiating. First off I would like to adress this:

Eddy and I talked to you once where you had not yet uploaded the video. We all agreed to talk again once evidence had been uploaded. When you got it uploaded and contacted us again Eddy was eating so I spoke with you together with @Andreas Lykke and another member of your gang. We all agreed that we would wait for Eddy to return from eating so that we could get his pov and resolve the situation. You have put the report up 52 minutes after this without contacting us. As this seems to be a constant issue in this community and staff seems to ignore it and still review it ill make my case anyways. TS conversation clearly showing that we agreed to wait for eddy, but he picked to report instead because "I was told to report"

In your POV sounds are very low. You can hear Luis at the beginning before I show up. You can barely hear him and I seem to be even lower than him. Additionally you can hear "did they initiate on us)" then you go "Yeah they have, honestly we are fucked". And then "What did i say" Clearly you expected to die given this reaction???

Now onto my POV. I clearly initiate on tires stating "I have many friends". After you are disabled I tell you that if you get out with a gun we will assume you want a gunfight and we will use lethals. Even tho you did that we still decide to initiate once again

I simply stated what happened, I was one of the guys who died so I did not revenge post for someone else, I simply did it because I did not hear the initiation and neither did the rest of the guys.

The situation didn't even last 2-3 minutes, from the second you shoot our tires to the second we are down is about 15 seconds.

You were the one who killed us that's why the report is about you.

And to answer your question I did create a forum account not only to report you but because I think it's about time I joined the forums.

Its not you revenge reporting if you'd see the conversation with cool, you can clearly see who doesn't like us.

The way you stated what happened it sounds like a revenge report towards us (Not because you are the guy that wants revenge on me but because someone influenced you to report us.)

The guy that even saved this video Andy stated this too me.

I am completly aware of that, I've been on this server for 4  years i don't think i'll make the rookie mistake by saying ow i didn't initiate shouldnt be me. but no i shot cause you got initiated on simple. and the fact you said i intiated i just wanted to make it clear that i did not initiate.

Thinking it's OG is not Metagaming at all. He simply stated that he thinks it's you guys. we could not see who it was as you were all wearing masks at the time. 

No body influenced me to report you at all, I was going to report anyway. I was simply told to just report without waiting for your video as we already had a video from Cool.

Cool initiated, I didn't state this but the video states this anyway so the admins would have known that I was talking about cool. They would have known that you didn't initiate.

In the screenshot above you admit not having talked to eddy, but you still claim to have attempted to resolve it with eddy. Can you explain to me how you have attempted to resolve if you haven't even talked with him?

cause you still don't see clearly how you got intiated on and how i waited 15-20 seconds after getting 2 other initiations on you done by cool, and you still deny that u didn't hear anything?

Thinking it's OG is not Metagaming at all. He simply stated that he thinks it's you guys. we could not see who it was as you were all wearing masks at the time. 

If you listen to the beginning he says , this is i think it is OG. He tried to save himself from metagaming simple.

But too late cause in the end of the day he did.

RDM reports require a 3-5 minute video, but this video shows enough for me to know what happened here.
So this report is about you being RDM. The rule is as follows - 
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

So we will break down this rule so it is much clearer. 

• Shooting at someone with out engaging in any form of quality RP.  So OG members where talking to you when you decided to get in the Quilin and leave. First initiation was made on tyres. This was clear and to the point. Tyres were shoot.
  
• Second initiation was made on you lives if you got out with a weapon. To which you got out with a weapon. 
  
• OG members did not shoot at you straight away as they wanted to give you time to comply after getting out the vehicle. 14 seconds was given to you before the first shoots were fire.  During this 14 seconds members of your gang talk about the fact that they have been initiated on and that he you knew that you were all fucked.
  

Overall, You knew OG was setting up on you as you could see them and are even talking about the gang and where they are setting up. You then decided to run instead of talk. You then decided to not listen to the orders that was given to you by the members of the OG gang.  This then lead to your deaths. 

Now,  watching this video i hear alot of talk about OG setting up and OG in construction.  So i have 2 questions for @jamm1612 and @Cartman123. 
1. You would you say " i think its all OG, I think they are setting Up" . Now what made you think it was OG in the first place?  is it because you see "OG Luis Hernandezzzz" and think the rest are OG too?

2. I have mentioned that there is a lot of tactical information being said ie people setting up, people in construction, need to get those  Hemmets. But i only hear one of you talking in game and that was ANDY?

Yeah I get you, The only thing we had an issue about is that we didn't hear the initiation...

The plan was to get in the vehicle and just walk away from the situation before we did get in trouble with the OG, I understand the situation is a little complex

Me personally I didn't META, I am the person who said "these hemmets, we need to go get these hemmets man".
I didn't even know it was OG until we were told on teamspeak that they think it's OG. 

After what you wrote I understand the whole situation now and I am truly sorry for filing the report, I admit I was wrong filing this report and I am sorry for filing it.

As i have said above OG members did what was required to initiate.  If you do find it hard to hear in game remember to use ear plugs or to turn up the in game settings.

In future please remember to hot mic any comms in game that  might effect the other people around yous actions.  For @jamm1612 and @Cartman123 i will be placing notes onto your Battle metric accounts reference what i have seen in this video.  This could have been a lot worse a punishment very easily so take this report on board and learn from it.
