Please (in detail) describe the incident

I came to diamond factory to see what was going on. When I arrived I was shot at with tracers and once I landed I was told if I did not take off I would be deemed involved. They did not clarify what the situation was or what would happen to me if I did not leave. Although I said I had friends in the area I did not threaten them and they did not threaten me with any lethal force. I then saw a quilin had left the area and presumed they were gone at which point I decide to come down from the roof. The game glitched and killed me, once downed and neither parties had shot or threatened the other with any lethal force, I was then executed with no role play. I tried to resolve on TS but they said I was in the wrong since it was an active gunfight.

You came because we had just robbed 2 people, 1 of them was in your gang who initiated with friends.

We were all set up, and just because you felt like you needed another initiation does not mean the situation is not still active.

Im not going into this too much because you knew you were coming into an active gunfight, however you didn't see us kill your friend so needed to initiate.

You knew it was an active situation and if you didn't fall off the roof we still would have had a gunfight there as you were warned to leave. You had ample opportunity to leave but chose not too. As far as the roleplay within the execution.. there was none as i have said and you knew it was still an active gunfight which you also confirmed by saying you have friends.

You knew what was going on, you knew it was active. Shame you fell off the roof, but thats Arma for you.

Charles is stating that he robbed 1 member of our gang saying that (our member) initiated with friends, that means is involving us, so I'm involved in it, but I have several question for Charles,

1-How do you know that he was in the same gang. 

2-Like I said before in my comment, requesting a video showing that indeed 1 of our members initiated with friends, because I asked him on ts and he said that he didn't, and you can hear me in the video saying that we need to initiate again due to the fact that our member didn't told there were friends in the area. 

Note: I can be in the wrong, so this is why I'm requesting you a video proofing all the listed above

 
I dont believe a video is needed. Think about the whole situation paired up with the video you have provided. 

Your reporting me for poor roleplay in an execution. It was an active situation and if you want to upload about 2 mins previous to what you already have you will prove that yourself. You conveniently have the video start after we already killed your boys.. Your video shows that you know what your going into so i really dont get what your issue is.

You had killed my friend who had not initiated for us or shot at you. I came in to land and talk but you did not explain what was going on and you had no way of knowing I was with him. The execution rule is that both parties must be an active gunfight which we were not. I also never hinted that I was associated with him what so ever hence there was no reason for my execution. 2 mins before that video I am still flying towards the factory.

[SIZE=medium](7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. [/SIZE]

 
Im just going to wait for the admins verdict. 

You knew it was active your video proves it. You just couldnt use the sidechat information to know what happened. Your guy who we killed said he had friends. Just because you need to initiate again does not deem the situation over from our end. Why else are you at diamond processor with an orca and hatchback sports? Hardly doing a run are you. You knew what you were getting youself into.

I have a few questions before proceeding to come to a decision on this report. 

@He_Man You seem to acknowledge that it's an active situation that you guys are engaged in. Stating that someone mentions "or you will be deemed involved" who is walking around with a firearm. You then confirm this by saying that you have friends around. In rule 7.1.3 it states "Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.". They were under the impression that it was an active firefight and you seem from the comments made to acknowledge this. Why do you feel that they broke this rule? And could you upload a video showing 3/4 minutes previous to you being shot? 

@Charles Vane You seem to back up your claim of their being a firefight by stating there was an active firefight. Do you have any video proving this?

No i dont and i believe that his video alome proves they knew what they were coming into. 

 
I don't have a recording of 4 minutes prior to the incident. First off I don't believe they were in a gunfight as our gang member who had been robbed never shot a bullet or engaged for friends and allies. Aswell as this the man telling me to not land or I will be deemed involved is standing wide open on a roof which I think is a clear indcator there was no firefight taking place. Secoundly even if it was an active situation(with someone else) I did not associate myself with my them or my gang member whatsoever so telling me I will be deemed involved in a situation he couldn't possibly have reason to believe I know about is not good enough to just execute me. I said that I have friends in the area as a detterent from him to just engage on me there and then and give myself time to assess what is going on and if it is worth trying to get back my gang member's truck.

 
Hi,

After reviewing the evidence I came to the following conclusion. 

The video starts with @He_Man landing on the roof after receiving warning shots from someone. This person is walking around on the roof with his weapon out and aiming. And he starts to make threats towards you. Then you get out of the helicopter. He then informs you to leave after that you say "or what"? You then state you have friends in the area. After this you fell off the roof and you are then executed by @Charles Vane . 

What I can judge from the comments made by  you and by Charles is that you both acknowledge a whole previous situation had taken place. He claims an initiation was made by a friend that was being robbed, you also state your friend was being robbed by Charles and his gang but that they did not initiate for friends. But what I can judge is that a whole situation has happened before the start of this video. As Charles claims that it was an active firefight and there are some indications for this (people walking around with firearms, warning shots etc.). Without any further proof which neither you or Charles has it is impossible for me to judge if this was poor roleplay since I did not see what happened previously. And when both players are engaged in an active firefight you do not have to roleplay when executing someone. And since I am unable to determine if this was or wasn't an active firefight I am unable to accept this report.  So therefore I have to deny this report for lack of evidence. 

Also a quick note to @Daniel Master you ask multiple times for Charles to upload a video. It's not Charles' task to provide a video to his own report. And for the future only reply when directly involved within the situation.
