So me and Inspector @Antollyme was on patrol when we meet Offset. He was in possession of a MX, he gave us a SPAR-16 and backpacked his MX. We started a foot pursuit were a tazer shot was fired (Unknown who it was). We lost him but shortly after found him hiding in a house. he was tazed, restrained and brought to Kavala Police Station. I jumped out and put my gun in the car so i could carry his gun. After i ran around the car and pulled i him out he took is gun out off his back pack and onto his back then took my gun and put it in his backpack. I feel this is exploiting as he was restrained at all time.

He did explain that he tried to put his gun in the car but it makes no sense to what happend.

Right, I'm gonna be genuine and admit i made a mistake, it was a regrettable mistake and i apologise deeply, there's no way i can sit here and try and lie to you, i am a person who thoroughly enjoys playing the server and i love the community and everyone who plays within in, the server has been good to be and i have not returned the favour, i am being honest to myself and being honest to whoever shall read this. I'm not a bad guy, when it comes down to it i can be a fun guy to play with, i can have a laugh with everyone and have a good time, it's in the situations where i find myself falling down, i don't think, i take my chances for granted and i think i can do things when i can't. 

Obviously I've been given chances and messed them up to two occasions (Rude to admins) and (Restrain Glitching). These are rules i have not broken since but that doesn't excuse me for what i did yesterday, I put alot of time and effort in my RPUK experience and sometimes as everyone does i don't really take in and think what I'm doing, I'm trying my up most best to improve my RP everyday and to ensure I'm not breaking the rules, I accept i was in the wrong and i cannot say enough how I deeply regret what happend because no only does it affect myself but it also affected @TikTak and @Antollyme 's RP experience and I am again deeply sorry to the both of you, i agree I was indeed in the wrong no doubt about that, and to whoever is reading this, I'm not gonna sit here a type reasons why you should give me another chance, All i ask is you make the right decision for everyone involved and of course the community of RPUK, If punishment is the way forward then punishment it shall be, if you decide to give me another chance, it wont go unseen. 

I try and make everyone's experience on RPUK enjoyable and I'm afraid to tell myself that at this time I didn't make the correct decision and i make two players experience something that I undoubtedly should NOT of done, and I'm gonna sound like a broken record but I cannot say enough how much this server means to me, i put 150+ in the past two weeks into it. It's a big part of my day and wake up and hop on and engaged with the Community of RPUK, I love everyone who plays, speaks and interacts with me, of course rule breakers are an exception *cough* Me! But Day by day i try and improve myself,. the way people perceive me is very valuable because i want to be liked and i want people to hop on and say 'Wheres Offset I wanna go speak to him' and I apologise to all those who i have indeed made you think bad of me, i was and trying to improve in not being an 'Immature D**k**d' excuse my language. 

I wish I can could say more and explain how much this server means to me and how much i enjoy it, but i have indeed broken a rule and cannot excuse my actions, and whoever is dealing with this situation just know, this isn't the first time i've had issues, I have to admit I've had a Teamspeak Ban x1 and Ingame x2 (Abuse to admins) and (Restrain Glitching), it would be immature and silly not to give this a miss, obviously It doesn't look great but all i want to say is, I am so close to being perfect without making peoples experience bad and also not exploiting, I'm going to take personal look myself and to perfect the way i speak and act towards people to ensure I'm not affecting anyone else's experience. 

I don't want to waffle on anymore and take anymore of your time, the last thing i want to express is my deepiest apologises to TikTak and Antollyme for what i did and it was a regrettable action that i cannot undo, I ask that whoever reads this to bare in my everything i've said and to make the right decision to benefit everyone in the community, myself and also TikTak and Antollyme.

Sorry I didn't realise you arbitrate how we enforce our forum rules... (hint: you don't) 

(12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not involving you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction.

The idea that you "didn't know" how it works means you haven't read our forum rules especially well.

even if it was you intention it's still restrain glitching so this explanation was pointless.
if your hands are cuffed you wouldn't be able to open your backpack and put the weapon in the car.

you also stated that you are a fun guy who love having a laugh and roleplay, yet from the video i can only see unpleasant behavior from you towards the police officers

You have been banned and unbanned before for restrain glitching, you should of known the rules there are no excuses.

my honest opinion is that you did it intentionally and then you regretted it.
