Flying my huron to drug dealer to sell from my barn, and a humming bird flies from above me directly into my huron. I don't see how this could be in any way justifiable as desync. The hummingbird appears to purposefully gain altitude to come down ontop of me.
Afterwards, but not included in the video, the accused player attempts to blame me for the crash. Indicating to me that I flew into him.

Video removed, to be added privately to protect the location of my house.
