Please (in detail) describe the incident: In full detail, Josh Price was threatening and harassing Perez outside of Mission Row Police Department. This led to Perez and his friends going after Josh for his actions, Josh was then chased and stabbed a few times by Perez where he then tried to evade him by getting into a car that Sam was sitting in, Sam had told Josh to get out of the car he was in multiple times and Josh had refused and had kept saying "DRIVE!" Perez then pulled out a Hunting Rifle and killed Josh in the car, from that point onwards we had left as it was starting to get crowded and Perez was on the verge of getting attacked by another person.

Onto the next encounter, after we had drove away, 2 cars had started chasing us and started shooting at us (Grey Car) we had ended up evading them and managed to get away and lose them.

Third Clip, as we leave the Casino front, we had seen a guy in a white jacket and grey bottoms on a white R6, we had pulled up next to him to ask if he was apart of any gang, to then he radios through to whoever on the Freq "Perez Walker is right next to me, Grey Sultan"

4th Clip, it is confirmed that NSC was after us as Perez had killed Josh for being mouthy and disrespectful. NSC had also killed another person who they thought was Perez at the clothing store.

5th Clip was us circling round Changaloa's turf as previously, Azz (Leader Of Changaloas) had attempted to set Perez up by sending him a GPS to his turf to discuss "an opportunity to be part of the family" We all knew that it was clearly a setup so we decided to circle their turf, only to find an NSC member in his car hiding by the side of the turf.

6th Clip (Main) We just finished from the Gas station, as we pulling out, the same guy in the white jacket, grey bottoms and White Yamaha R6 had pulled up, our initial thought was to circle back and shoot him as due our previous encounter with him, once he was shot we then took him to a location near the Military Base, where we proceeded to dump him but due to him putting in a dispatch to the NHS, we decided to move him so he could not be found but then we completely forgot that we still had him in the back, once we got onto the main road and drove away, we noticed a grey car was heading towards us and had pulled a U-Turn once we had passed them, another grey car had also passed by and did a U-Turn once they saw the first car pull a U-Turn, then they proceeded to start shooting our vehicle, which then lead to us being spun out multiple times and getting ourselves shot at, i got killed, Sam had managed to take on both cars killing all 3 of the members, Sam then proceeds to get out the damaged vehicle and dump one of the NSC members.

Also, JP (ID - 1125) who is apart of 229 and also on NSC Radio Freq was actually watching Perez's stream way before the incident took place, at the 6:03:36 mark, he says "just go mate hahhaah" which clearly shows he was watching Perez's stream way before the shootout incident took place

Hello Perez, didn’t think we would’ve ended up here but there we go, 

Firstly I would like to add the whole thing where I’m saying I’m “229” is to try value my life, basically me thinking you’d take me hospital & sorted things out from there onwards after the RDM where you downed me. 

All the clips & screenshots I’ve got is from Perez stream purely because my medal was clipping my wrong monitor. 
 

Now after trying to reach out to you to try and get you to come discord through various platforms to try discuss what’s happened but you refused because it was “obvious meta game” 

Now I’d like to start where we first had our encounter at the casino not sure of the correct time however I do know it’s roughly 05:23:34 into your stream where we first speak & I radio in your location.

Time has gone by where I was chilling with NSC we was at the mansion with another gang, where NSC planned to set a meeting with you, with me being sat on the wall and a few others around the outskirts of the area noticing your car drive around various times, as time went on I said on radio “I need to go get fuel & food” so I left and headed to the nearest one being where we noticed each other again, now you say it’s all “meta game” after numerous people called you out from your car as a “track hawk” type vehicle, I immediately radioed your position when I arrived, but shortly after telling them on radio is when I get shot by one of you in the vehicle. 

After trying to speak to you about the whole situation through your twitch chat, you told me I was shit straight away because it was the same situation, but personally I’d say it’s a complete different situation after you had to restart your game after falling through the map in your car and time had gone by, from our first encounter which was roughly 05:23:34 into stream to our second encounter at 06:08:15 into your stream, roughly about 40 minutes had gone by from our first & second encounter personally I’d say that’s different situation but we will allow staff to make that decision. 
 

after things escalated and you go to dump me & I alert NHS therefor you decide to move me during that time NSC find the same car which was circling the area initially for a “meeting” driving on route 68, reason of NSC driving around route 68 and other areas was due to the fact someone has just spoke on radio and called out “Perez walker on me at fuel station” then a few seconds later no longer responding, their clear instinct is that I’ve been knocked down & to check dodgy doctors which resulted in them encountering you on route 68 of them coming from sandy shores.

Good afternoon, Perez.

I'd want to start by saying that it didn't have to get to this since we were happy to discuss it in Queen Elizabeth Channel. I should also mention that I was one among the two passengers in the grey vehicle who arrived on the site first. As there was no answer for a considerable amount of time, we searched every feasible location for JP because we believed he had been knocked unconscious. We all at NSC were searching for JP since we sensed something wasn't right. He was being sought after everywhere, so we all broke off to look for potential hiding places. We travelled from Pillbox in Sandy to the sketchy doctor on Route 68, the location of the encounter. Josh and I both remarked at the same moment that the same car was circling the manor house where the scheduled meeting was to take place. I swiftly made a U-turn in the road, and we followed after you to make sure it was really just you and your friends. To try to get you to halt, we shot the tyres out one at a time. Then, as we drew nearer, we noticed the exact attire that JP was wearing when he was knocked out. In order to prevent someone from taking over as driver, we then pulled up next to you and shot the driver and the passenger out.

Apologies for the long wait.

However, I feel it's time to wrap up this report. Having looked through the footage, I can't find any sort of metagaming. Here's the following reason:

PD
When you decided to stab Josh Price outside the PD, you let police take him. At this point, any claims of metagaming is unlikely, since it's highly likely he would've been revived by the medics, and therefore been able to inform his fellow gang members about the situation.

Twitch
Having looked through the attached pictures, him saying "Just go mate" is suspicious, however, is not enough in it self to warrant a metagaming ban/warning. The other two pictures serves no real purpose, as he was trying to get you to TS, due to said situation.

Overall, I can't find any sort of metagaming going on. Looking at the evidence, most of your encounters is what we call "Wrong place, wrong time". Therefore, this report will be denied.
