What best describes this incident: OOC abuse & discrimination
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi Staff, Quite a simple one this really was in QE with NSC and I asked Courtney to speak a little less scouse as she has a really strong accent something I am also often asked due to my thick scottish accent for some reason Courntey got really defensive about this and decided to launch a personal attack on me she then goes on to call me a "dribble" and said I sound like I have spit on me proving her exact intentions with the comment this was a clear OOC attack at me as a person completely unprecendted when just trying to enjoy myself as a character in a game, Frank the leader then doubles and so does Courtney reiterating ‘no he is, no he is’ . This is just quite frankly a disgusting attack as what shes implying just isn’t on.

I waited over night and the majority of the day to post this as I wanted to give Courtney a chance to reach out and apologise as it could’ve been a slip up but at the time she showed no remorse and now over 12 hours later I’ve not heard a peep this is clearly normal language for her that she has no problem just rolling of the tongue , I won’t accept an apology from now as it’d purely be to please the crowd and not at all meaningful otherwise I’d have received it by now.

Hello, I’m sorry but this report is ridiculous.
You all sat in QE last night trying to get a reaction from me, constantly going on about my accent and screaming at me to shut the fuck up when I try to even talk ( obviously you didn’t clip this ofcourse you didn’t ) isak staff memeber heard it all.

I feel like this is just a revenge report due to the fact one of your members has been reported. You are just clutching at straws at anything and everything.

I feel like this is abit rich coming from a chippie considering youse constantly message my boyfriend with abuse and say stuff about me and him.

Honestly I don’t even have much to say as I feel like you and some of your gang in QE last night was just really baiting at me.

However If staff has any questions or anything I’ll be happy to reply.
 
No one provoked you if you have any clips please provide them, additionally even if they did it’s no room for this reaction. The fact you see this as clutching at straws is vile you really have no remorse or even thought for what your implying.
Also i never clipped this as i wasn't on a game to clip when it happened.

sorry but I don't see how you are reporting this when telling someone to speak less their accent to literally get her to bite and for your group to get a laugh out of it, IMO that's discrimination in its self honestly have had enough of even going to QE with your group as you lot always seem to try get a rise out of people and mug people off its not the first time you do it either.

feels to me that you are trying to get any little thing to try and report someone as your gang literally have been reported for rule breaks multiple times its getting getting beyond a joke with your lot some of you even take it to my DMs for what ever reason and honestly some of it is disgusting.

I honestly do not see why you always get yourself involved in situations that you have no idea about. always like to put your 2 pence in when its not needed or wanted.

I was in the QE, I heard what happened so I do have an Idea of what happened...

Don't think you need to bring attitude like that to me to be honest and I haven't said anything against "Your other half" I was simply what you said and that you can accuse someone of something you did yourself.

This report has already shown both sides of the story with these replies, We have been in a QE therefore leave this report to staff to deal with as we can go back and forward for weeks and weeks which is no good use of anyone times.
 
You’ve made a disgusting comment instead of owning up to it admitting your wrong your blaming everyone but yourself I won’t be entertaining the both of use any longer and I’ll leave staff to make the correct decision.
 
I am a bit surprised this has turned into a report, i will admit. I was present during the majority of this liaison, and it was a heated liaison from the get-go. I had to tell everyone to calm it down multiple times due to shouting and some throwing mild abuse across the VC.

Before I get into this, @Huntz-OG & @tullochewan please refrain from commenting on reports where you aren't reported your selves. In this instance the only people commenting should be @lewis2222 & @Courtss, unless you have some actual evidence, or something important to add to the report. I have issued a forum warning for both of you for C5.4 - Report Interference.

Now onto the actual report. Due to all the stuff that happened during the liaison I am not surprised @Courtss didn't reach out to apologize. If you had a issue with what she said, you should have attempted to contact her after the liaison and solve it from there, instead of waiting 12 hours for an apology before putting up a report. How would she be aware she offended you, with all that happened during the liaison? My brain was fried when it was over...

This escalation could have probably been avoided all together. You decided to approach her by saying "Can you speak less scouse, so we can understand you, please?" What would your reaction be if I were to tell you to speak less Scottish? You probably wouldn't be too fond of that, same as I would be if you told me to speak less Norwegian. I had no issue understanding her, and I am foreign and sometimes got troubles with different accents. You should have told her to repeat her selves instead. As your comment clearly provoked her. Think about your choices for words in the future, as it could come forward as rude.

Now, she did call you a Dribble. And yes, it could be considered a discriminatory word, but In this instance I think it would be a reach. We are all adults, and should be able to behave. The comments made from both sides were not needed. Both parties were loud, aggressive, and shouting over each other during the entirety of the liaison. It was so bad, I had to end it after you guys had been liaising for well over an hour, with little to no progress into solving the matter. Only deviating the topic multiple times with bringing up things like "x did this, and y also did this last week"

It is clearly coming to the point where this "war" of yours are turning very toxic, and its being brought to the Forums, Discord and so on. It should be fought in RP. So a question to ask your selves, why are you guys continuing this war, if it is only leading up to hours upon hours of typing up reports, and sitting in a Liaison? Are you guys actually having any sort of enjoyment?
