Please (in detail) describe the incident: This guy showed up out of no where on his bike whilst I was sitting at the smeltery waiting for my friend to finish smelting inside, he took all his clothes and proceeded to run around the smeltery area for a bit, at this point I had lost sight of him. After about 5 minutes had passed he jumped off a roof next to me, pulled out a knife and tried robbing me, I ran inside to get my friend and as soon as he saw him he ran and got on his bike. After he tried robbing me I called a few of my mates to the area to go searching for him, this is where the NVL report comes in, for over 10 minutes he drove around the place practically in circles even though 5 of us were chasing him and trying to knock him out. We eventually gave up as he kept going onto the motorway and off it by doing jumps with his bike, regardless of if we gave up he still kept trying to run us over and being an overall annoyance.

The first clip starts where I get in a locals vehicle and try to talk to him, he offers a scrap and I agree to it, he beats me even though a bit bullshit because of desync.

This second clip is after I died and it shows him doing completely unrealistic driving and recovering like nothing happened after being crushed by his bike. He also tries to knockout my friend even though its shovel against fist. At then end of the day it was just terrible roleplay and it led to one of my trucks being stolen by someone I believe he was associated with.

I will go over the rule breaks that you have described below.

NVL

• In the videos provided, there doesn't seem to be any NVL. Its a fight, both yourself and the other player has a weapon out and it is 1:1. I am failing to see where the player you have reported would be at a clear disadvantage or obviously outnumbered.
  

Attempted RDM

• For RDM claims, we require 3-5 minutes worth of footage which you do not have unfortunately, whilst watching the videos you have provided it is clear to see that there has been a previous interaction with the player I.E He tried to rob you like you have stated on the report.
  
• In the videos provided and the previous interaction of him attempting to rob you at the Smeltery, I would not say him wanting to fight you to be 'Random' nor downing you without a valid RP reason.
  

Fail Driving

• As the rule states, unrealistic driving such as stunt jumps, driving off of cliffs/highways, driving at excessive speeds while in urban areas etc. I am failing to see where the player has broken this rule?
  

With the above stated, I am going to have to decline this Report a Player.
