What best describes this incident ?: Killed for not giving money from bank

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just spawned into the city and got on my moped from the Impound, this guy rammed my bike and force kidnapped me all the way to LSIA, he told me that either I gave him money from my bank or dance or I would die, I followed his commands and danced but when he asked again to give him money from bank i said I cant and then he rammed me off the roof in LSIA and due to NHS not showing I lost around 30k of items
