Please (in detail) describe the incident: Meself and PC Chris Packet was out on patrol and stopped to talk to 2 lovely individuals and all of sudden two guys in a STINGER with REGPLATE (AD31 UBG) Just came to take us hostage is what I thought anyways they asked for hands to be put up and when we done so and then just started blasting It was just straight RDM in my opinion and a lot of others.

I am the person stepping out of the vehicle responding to this report. From my viewpoint you were given clear instructions to exit the vehicle with your hands up and instead of playing along you and your partner quite obviously are stalling the situation while pressing your panic buttons and/or on the radio for help meanwhile having both a pistol and a micro smg aimed at you. The way I see it you're clearly not valuing your lives and during the situation we are in a hotspot trying to get out as soon as possible so we had to exit the scene the best way we could which were to execute the officers not following demands and not have them follow us in the most powerful vehicle in the city.

Also I am unware of you trying to resolve the situation, where did this take place?

I'm gonna make this simple as i could tbh this report should get reversed against the 2 officer was i the car for (G2.4) Value of Life after

i reviewed the video alot and i saw the officer toke the risk and pressed the panic button when there was guns pointed at them,and this go under the rule of
(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
the other person was pointing the gun at you he was clear asked you to step out ,give some time also to comply and nothing happens except you take the risk for this and decided to not comply
according to this you should both officer get banned under rule (G2.4)

but

since i see you have a clear record so it's will be (inside warning for you here only) just be careful on this stuff in future.
