I was looking to buy a new SUV after my old one had got scrapped. I head to the motors store and find that there's a van blocking the spawnpoint. I call out for the owner and he comes down the stairs. He then states he cant move it. I give him a couple of chances before eventually lockpicking it. After a small argument, he goes "This is your last warning" gives a couple of seconds and shoots me without any further roleplay. As seen in the video, he only pulls out his pistol after he told me to stop, which rules it out as a non-valid initiation. I asked him to come to liason a few times in notes/OOC chat and he outright refuses because, in his eyes, he didn't do anything wrong. I usually don't report people, however this just showed a complete lack of regard for the rules.
