I was following these guys from the gas station, we drove for a while a little outside agios. They made a stop talked a little to me and shot me. (ignore the steam dms between me and my friend)
i also told Noah about 3 times in OCC can you come on ts noah i would want to speak to you but i never got a answer back. ( this happend 23.50 to 12.20 somewhere between that

Tis a classic RDM, No High quality was provived before he shot you. 
Even if you follow him for 4 hrs. Without any form of  high quality roleplay, You cant shoot someone. 
I even tried to let noah defend himself, After 24hrs he decided not to do this. I think we need to make him aware we dont tolerate this. 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This rule is not applicable in the red zone.
