Please (in detail) describe the incident: Can skip to the end of the video, included more to show background, but no prior interaction and don't know who this guy is.
It was coming up to 8pm storm so figured we would log off near a petrol station one of our member's owns, as we had spotted cars there earlier and suspected these were a gang we are currently fighting (Yakuza).
We spotted this guy on a roof and went to check if he was part of the gang we were fighting and he promptly vanished. After storm, he logged in, I jumped over the wall and lost sight of him briefly and he was gone where I was over so not sure whether he combat logged again.
No ID but it was 2-3mins before 8pm storm, there is a block of buildings south of mirror park, and this was on the 2nd southern most rooftop.
Didn't try to resolve issue.
