Myself and 2 of my friends were at the aluminium mine and starting to leave for the processor. We come across someone who we decided to rob completely legitimately. We knockout robbed him completely fairly. You can see all this in the video I will link. Roughly 8 minutes later he shoots all 3 of us without warning at the processor then runs to us and says "Who's got the money now". I must say, I did speak with him in game using the phone system I believe and he told me it was justified as I robbed him. I spoke with someone on teamspeak in staff help who said it would count as RDM as it was 8 minutes after the incident and he hadn't said a word.
I have linked a 15 minute video as I believe this gives you more than enough material to work with. Important timestamps are 7 minutes 20 seconds where we actually rob him, and 14 minutes 20 where he fires upon us without warning.

I tried to resolve this, he said he would just comp me 550k to which I agreed. He sent a message saying do you want me to transfer 550k. I said yes. He wanted to meet me at Motors I assumed to talk to him about everything. There was someone inside trying to rob us. I messaged him literally saying don't give me the money in person as that was what I assumed he was about to do. He did it anyway apparently, I do not recall it but he claims it will show up in logs. Then I was coincidentally killed by an unknown player because he had a mask on and I couldn't contact him despite asking in OOC chat.

550K agreement was reached by taking into account the ingots and rook sets and then removing 50k since we robbed him which was roughly 550k

About [NK] SPOONJ: Around 8 minutes had passed, and you've moved your location, and it is VERY clear that the situation is over. He had no reason to just come up to you and spray you down as he did. This is indeed a break of the rule 2.2 and will be actioned.

About Battoon: Where do I start... The first rulebreak you do is 3.5 by not hot-micing "everyone get your guns out and point them at him". Then you provide some of the worst RP I've seen during my ~3 years in this community. Your RP is basically "Put your hands up" and then you start to count... No, you did not kill him, but you provided such terrible RP before knocking him out and robbing him... Falls under 2.2. Then, when you get killed by SPOONJ you then decide to shout in Direct Chat "RDM, RDM, Thats RDM" or something along those lines. Now that is breaking the rule 2.8... You will be actioned for these rulebreaks.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
