Please (in detail) describe the incident
DSGT Phil and myself, ANPR a car to see its wanted. We turn around and attempt to pull the vehicle over, and are fired on from the off road. Zero initiation just RDM.
I contacted nikol in game, and he came to TS. We spoke to him and asked why he did this, to which he said, "i had a bounty on me and i didn't want to go to jail, so ii shot you". II asked him if he had read the rules and he said he had, He didn't provide any suitable reason for his actions and couldn't even explain what RDM was. After a brief discussion about rules and telling him to go read over the rules with his friends, he just before leaving the TS said "The butthurt is real"
