Please (in detail) describe the incident

Us (TCK) were robbing houses when we stumbled into a house at salt and decided to start setting up and breaking it down. We got in and took some gear but Nick R respawned at his house. He knew before he officially died it was being robbed also leaving it down to breaking NLR.

I did have a word in ts via messages with him and he claims to not know he did wrong, also he had video but refused to upload as his other house locations would be exposed (to me that was fair enough)

- If stuff like this did not happen the way they did I would not have filed the report but it was in my eyes a blatant rule break. Granted he did not re-spawn there and cause harm directly but however rather weirdly the rest of his gang were set up there as if they all knew . So it turned into a gunfight in which we came out winners. From him re-spawning he must have said "shit house being robbed" or something as there is no way his men would know otherwise. To me in my opinion this was a blatant NLR break.

Well did not expect to be reported. Let me just explain this. I died, saw my house was being robbed, spawned at my house. When I spawned in my house I saw the robbers so I told my gang members to come. They were close because I got shot at wilcochem. They were driving towards the airfield so that's why they arrived so soon. Because I died I had to respawn. I respawned at my house. Because of the NLR rule I shouldn't be knowing that my house was being robbed. Even if it wasn't being robbed I had to spawn at that house to gear up. We texted to each other were you can clearly see me not knowing that this would be a rule break (respawning in a house after I died).

I went to member support to ask more information about this. @Oliver V2 was the member support. I spoke to him and he said that it was kinda a shitty thing to do. I shouldn't know that my house was being robbed. Like I already said, I had to spawn their anyway to gear up. I gave the video to him so he can confirm my story. He also messaged Enzrah. I messaged him aswell to say what Oliver told me. Never got a reply on this so I thought everything was solved.

Also I don't see the point in this report? I know that I did something wrong and I apologize for this. I learned something new today thanks to you guys. I should have ignored the message on my screen. I told you that I didn't knew it would be a rulebreak. You didn't text me for compensation or anything. We messaged each other a little bit but that's it. I thought that we fixed the problem.

Well did not expect to be reported. Let me just explain this. I died, saw my house was being robbed, spawned at my house. When I spawned in my house I saw the robbers so I told my gang members to come. They were close because I got shot at wilcochem. We didn't want a gunfight, we wanted the stuff back. You guys didn't comply so that's why it ended up in a gunfight. The gunfight was not a rulebreak, me spawning in my house was. I apologized for this, went to staff team to get more information about this. I don't know what else you want from me.

So like i said before, if you can provide the full video you have and prove it was not intentional then there isn't an issue

Already send the video to @Oliver V2 when I spoke to him yesterday. If you mean that I did not intentionally spawn in my house to prevent the robbery, than I would be lying if I say I didn't. I was probably going to spawn in my house to gear up. But the probably became a definetly when it was getting robbed.

Then you are in the wrong but nick you're not a new player and I simply don't believe you didn't know the rule was a thing, this is just my opinion.

I know that you are not allowed to log off and log back in to go to my house (would be teleporting), but since I was dying I had to gear up again so I was probably going to spawn in my house. As I was dying on the floor I saw my house getting robbed so I bled out quicker to respawn in my house faster. You breaking in my house just made my decision faster. So I thought that this would be fine.

Sometimes people break rules because they want to act fast. When people break rules, they come to teamspeak to solve it. Than they give compensation OR if nobody died they explain what they did wrong. I came to teamspeak and I had a friendly attitude towards you. Went to @Oliver V2 and he said it's a shitty thing to do. Messaged you to say was Oliver said to me. Never got a reply so I thought that you were fine with it. If you guys had messaged me that you wanted compensation for the 1-2 guys that died I would have happily comped.

It's not about comp, we all got revived it's simply the fact that I personally think it was intentional but also because you knew it was a rule break. If you can supply evidence on the post to say otherwise then fine

I explained what I did. In short I explained that I broke a rule (Died than saw my house was getting robbed so I bled out quicker to respawned faster in my house). Than after the gunfight you messaged me I broke a rule. I went to Oliver, sended him my recording. He explained what I did wrong so now I know that I can't do this anymore. Let's just wait for a staff member to decide what my punishment will be for this stupid mistake of me. ( @Oliver V2 for the recording)

I think we should let staff make their decision on what the case should be here. I would also like to ask for a non biased opinion, as for @Oliver V2 being in your gang, I'd rather it come from another staff member as you clearly already discussed this with Oliver.

@Enzrah I understand the idea of a non biased answer, but I don't get why because I at the time didn't know nick was in the gang and then secondly I've told him what he has done wrong and he understood if another staff member comes and looks he will just provide the same answer. So I don't really see where the biased would be as he even admitted to messing up.
