Please (in detail) describe the incident: A guy called me asking to buy my bike, after waiting at city hall for 20/30mins waiting for the guy to show up he then pulled out a knife and asked if I am mara, upon saying yes he almost instantly stabbed me then said fuck marabunta. After being stabbed I assumed it was Cletus due to the accent but he then removed the accent and said it was Nick Duncan, I was not aware it was grove. I understand its always a risk whilst in a war with another gang but nick was out of colours and made zero indication he was in Grove

As for the Poor RP, it kind of speaks for itself (stab, fuck mara then he left), you may hear me talking to someone else within the clip this Tayla as we live together, she was behind me on the couch watching tv as my setup is in our living room and staff can check to if they wish to check she was no in RP at this time.

I've reviewed the video, and I am failing to see where the claim for RDM lies.

As far as we are aware, mostly the entire server is that Marabunta are at war with Grove.

You posted from your Tweedle account at 22:08:39 that you were selling a vehicle, I assume that is why Nick Duncan appeared at the City Hall to 'buy' this vehicle. He's clearly got his top off, you're out of colours. He recognises your voice, he uses that to start an investigation into who you are. You tell him Jake, fast forward and he holds you up...asks your name, you tell him Paddy. He stabs you and says Fuck Marabunta.

You are in a war with Grove, I am failing to see the RDM claim. Roleplay happened here, you were downed.
