Please (in detail) describe the incident

To give some context, me and [TCK] Wicker were at the Kavala drug dealer, when selling, I saw a rebel and decided to talk to him (this was Boss Lee). When I said "Hey buddy" he simply said "Hands up, 3,2,1" and started shooting, I got to cover, went up behind him and shot him (killing him). I understand how my RP was bad because an instant gunfight is not something I am interested in but roleplay is. Then Boss Lee typed in chat that he will be reporting me for FailRP and I thought that that was unacceptable as it was threatening to report a player in-game. I looked for him on teamspeak, however, couldn't find him anywhere. I have been kicked off the game and thought to try to find him in teamspeak. Now I believe that poor RP on his part was a big factor, although I don't have video evidence, I do have a screenshot of him threatening to report me which is linked here also.

- I believe that rule 2.8 was broken by the individual, and a great example of poor roleplay.

If me killing the person who started shooting first is considered RDM, I am more than willing to compensate, however I do not feel like this is an example of RDM as I was fired upon first.

Third lie: you dont try find me on the teamspeak. I was there. You dont write in to the ingame chat: Come on the TS or like that .You try dont poke me you are just report me. You dont have evidence (I mean  video) Because it was a big lie.

I am not lying everything I said was 100% true, you should have the same name in teamspeak as in game - this would've allowed me to find you, there is no video evidence for your FailRP however you threatened to report me - which I have evidence of, now if you have a video of what happened I would like to see it.

Either way, you threatened to report me, which you are not allowed to do and is a rule break.

Sorry for this. I was in rage i know that is not good for me. You are kill me. You did not get any losses money/gear. But can we sold this with out any sanctions?
