So me and L.Hernandez (Big Shaq) were following a tempest for about 10 mins prior to Leader and his friends showing up. We robbed some guy and we were about to leave in the heli, and they initiated on me and shot my engine etc... we started chatting for a while trying to get our way out of it ... they denied every single thing i tried to say so i had no more things left to try so after being threatened about 30 times i decided to pull my gun and kill them... i managed to kill one and i get killed , at the same time Hernandez (big shaq) kills one and thats it. One guy remained (LEADER) and there was no shots for about 8 minutes so Hernandez moved down and started talking to medics etc... Then Leader shoots and kills Hernandez. ive been informed from a staff member that it indeeed was not an active gunfight which means it is infact RDM.

You got revived,we solved it but you still going for report. And I said i sorry for that. I didnt know that 5mins was already pass.

 
@Cozza U told us that u just want to speak and LEADER apologized to you, yeah he know he broke rule. I don't know what happen after i left ts, but how do u want to solve this ?

 
I want a admin too deal with it thats what i want mate.. so im gonna sit back and let the staff do their job.. ill comment when asked too by staff.

 
@Cozza do you have a longer video? this gives no context at all as to what has gone on. 

 
@TCK Matt Unfortunately not ... The 8 min video i have provided is all i have, I got told by an admin that the video was more than enough to show what has happened. Shows exactly what happens then shows Leader shooting us after 5 mins. Not sure what else needs to be shown here.

 
There's no exact timer as to when a gunfight ends or finishes, there's a good chance Leader knows exactly where that last guy is so when the medic shows up and the person finally leaves that cover he takes his chance and fires.

The video gives us no view on what's going on around you, we can't see anything because of the vegetation. From this restricted view there's no way to know what's going on. 

We always encourage roleplay but in this case you are in a gunfight, we can't see if leader is chasing the guy around a house, around a hill or whether he's hidden in a bush. I can't take action if the evidence is not sufficient.
