Me and a fellow officer responded to a robbery in Kore Fuel; my fellow officer had to go somewhere; so he chose to go ahead and disconnect; i turned around; as i was by myself to grab a fellow officer from Agios PD(who just messaged me on teamspeak to join a patrol) so i grabbed my fellow officer PCSO John Smith; we end up patrolling back twoards kavala after i picked him up at agios; when we come across the van; which then we ANPR It and it turns out the guy is wanted for acouple charges; including robbery; we pull him over and start talking to him; at this point Neon arrive at the first time(which unfortantley my Recording didnt pick since it only record 5 mins perior to anything that happens) and basically started to try confornt us; which to us seemes like he was looking for a gun fight; i do ask from him nicley multiple times to leave; which he does do; then as you can see at the video he comes back; for the second time since apperentlay the guy in restrained called him "Mad" For coming over and swearing at us for telling him to leave; yet again i keep asking him as politley and nice as i can untill i understood that there is no other way; i told him that he will be arrested if he wont leave; which he responded with "i bet you wont arrest me"; note that he was very aggresive for no reason twoards us(which is hes right ofcurse in roleplay); in anycase he ends up pulling a gun on the restrained person; telling him" chat shit get rook banged"; we pull our guns in response and basically holster right after he holstered hes yet again telling him to leave for the last time. At this point he get in hes car and leave- pull over around 5 meters next to our car; and basically say something according to him on teamspeak later on "this is what you get dickhead" and shot my tiers. we open fire at this point and end up succsefuly robbering him and restraing him. we called him to liasion since he blamed me for RDM and wanted to have a chat; in the liasion we really did from our side as both the staff member who was in there and the fellow officer can testify for it; to "solve it" yet neon not only acted in avery rude and immature manner; he as well made up really there is no other words" Excuses" for both his beahvior and us shooting his tiers with no initation out of our side; which clearly the staff member who was in the liasion; DELETER; explained and correct him about the initaions; yet again he kept making "excuses" to why we were in the wrong and not him. Now note that even deleter himself said that he acted in avery inmatture metter and made up excuses for his behavior twoards us; when i tried to deal with it as proffesonaly as i can since i was the higher rank officer that dealt with him; this can be proven with:
A. My atitude twoards him in the video in roleplay
B. When we did went to liaison i opened up with" We will let you speak with your points with none of us(officers who dealt with him) interupt you; and we ask from you to do the same"
We listened to all his "Excuses" so to say and responded accordingly and in amature menner; yet again he kept talking over us and really being aggresive twoards all of us making points that even to DELETER himself; as he stated; looked like Excuses to him. Note that the pure reason that i do choose to report this is because not only that i felt like he gave really Poor RolePlay in the video itself and pirior to it; he as well had no intention it seemes like to solve this which came out to us leaving the liaison since he was just shouting and not letting us put a word in; all he did at the end was just asking over and over if he will be getting reported; which i respond with something along the lines:" we are trying to solve it here; no need for this to get to be a report". he ends up brining his buddy(which wasnt involved even) to come defend him and shout more stuff that were not needed even; and really at that point we felt that he didnt learned anything; Made fun of both of us(MoonWolf and John) which his countless of interputing and examples of how bad did we treated him(which wasnt the case at all) and Decline to recive any kind of points that we have even thought about (DELETER gave his opinion purley on what we told him and Neon told him- this video was getting uploaded at the time; DELETER did though mention from what was mention that no server rules were broken from what he heard from our side what so ever- and as well i did explained very shortly the situation to Both Gordon and Ketch as you can see in the teamspeak channel; which they said that i was in the right- even thought ofcurse they had a minor part of the story; but that was just a conformation for me to see if i was in the wrong here; which i believe and been proven by deleter that  i actually wasnt).
Further more i feel like Neon gave one of the most  Poorest Rolepalys i have seen from my time playing on this server(soon 3 years) and there was nothing really that may have lead to that" shooting tires incident"; i was very polite to him and honestley; too polite in my opinion and it was mainly because i felt like this is going to be a gun fight; which i wasnt intersted in. As i have got more opinions on this incident from fellow higher ups- they belived i acted in proffesional manner as expected from any police officer in the Police Force.

Just seen this an hour or so ago and had to be messaged about it as i never thought there was going to be a report.

The whole situation was petty and was taken way too far than what it should have been from accusations being thrown left right and centre from both parties involved.

In my opinion there was wrongdoings from both sides. 

Im sure you can agree that both our actions in ts was petty and if anything we should have legit chat this time where both ourselves are not salty from in game stuff.

Alright let me just put this straight. The only "petty stuff" were only from you. and i have both DELETER and as well John to tell you the exact same thing. We were very polite and  mature about the whole situation. tried to multiple times discuss it with you. rather then you acting like an actual adult you were making fun of what we had to say; kept interupting us and generally brought a negative attidue twoards the whole thing.  No accusations were thrown. it was just you manipulating stuff that i said out of contex. which i did cleared shortly after you interupted me. Nobody from our side  was "Salty" from this situation. we lost nothing nor gain anything; we took you to liaison in the first place since you complained and we wanted to clear out stuff. to remind you; you were arrested in PD with us; none of us died; none of us was mad; you simply putted yourself as you are right and we are wrong. and even after Deleter himself told you that anything you thought was right was wrong(initation terms) you kept ignoring both him and us; and simply were acting in a very inmatture attiude about the whole thing. Therfore after we tried for over 30 min to talk to you we chose to just leave; since it was getting ridicouls when you pull your buddy in for no reason(he wasnt involved) and kept interupting us; and as well making invalid points to the situation such as:" pfff dude that never happened"; "i have avideo of it". Now note you didnt posted any video when we did told you to upload it; you just kept going, Secondly you were ignoring the fact that i actually had avideo that was proving my points; which you bluntley ignored and didnt took to acount with your answers. overall i dont see any point trying to solve this with you. you were ignorance with the whole situation and just made fun of us like we are just some "salty guys" complaining. which clearly wasnt the case; if anything it seemes you were just being inmatture and werent intrested in solving this; if anything you kept asking if you will get reported from the start; so as soon as i answer with "i dont see  a point reporting when we are trying to solve" you answered with good then; so we good?, and kept  ingoring anything we said. So we talked about it and decided that you Learned absolutley nothing; both in roleplay(which yes you said was in character but from teamspeak i can tell you were generally upset with us for thinking somebody called you "mad" ingame. which i dont even need to mention that it wasnt even us and as well the way you spoke to me throught the whole thing simply made me not enjoying the interaction with every second word being" shut up" "Dickhead" F*** off".- yes you can say that in roleplay; and ofcurse i didnt took offence from that; yet when this is all you present; i honestley holded myself off to not lose my cool over that and answer you in the same agression and attiude; which in all honestey you probably deserved according to many other officers/friends that did looked into this manner with me).

i have said my peace with this; and i do believe doing another converstaion with you will lead to the exact same thing; you ignoring our points; making fun of them and direspectfully talking to us. Didn't it occur to you that you might be in the wrong here? guess not; even after deleter himself told you so. 

i dont really have anything else to say regarding this; i believe i went over everything that we thought was wrong and you didnt learned from.

Ok after watching the video and having a little read of your comments I just want to ask a few questions to clear up some stuff to help move this report along and to get the answers I need to get to an outcome.

@Neon By the looks of the video you were the one that started off the hostile actions when you shot at the police officers car. Although there was no one in the car at the time, the officer was stood next to the car and slightly behind it even when you started shooting. In my eyes, this is very hostile and there was not much warning of you about to do this.
What made you want to shoot at the cop car? When you know for a fact that the cop will react in a way and either start chasing or like in this case shoot you. Don't you think that's baiting?

Honestley i thought you will actually aknowledge that responding in this childish manner will make you to be shown the "uppsite" from this "bad lad" response you are trying to show up.

In that note if you can actually bother writing in "Proper english" for me. since it is not my naitive languge ill apprichate it. since i understood some but not all from your response.

Now ill just answer plain simple for you; "30 precent from your posts are report" where did you got this number from?

I have reported 1 guy which i end up canceling; and responded to 1 report. guess thats 30 precent of my conent.No.

More over then what you stated from the above which can be said about you. this was your usual. I have actually went out of may way and asked about you. and the respond wasnt well; we will put it "positive" when i mentioned you.

no intentions of baiting no intentions of a gunfight nor a chase, if i had literally shot his tire and left altogether without another word it would have been completely shite from ma side but that wasnt the plan if it wasnt him for spraying is out then none of this would have happened simple i had never thought for a second he was going to shoot my tires and if he had not i wouldnt have left the area and the the whole thing would have ended differently, this report is purely because of the outcome of the ts conversation that took place after all that

When you guys were in liaison he said there was no video at the time. so obvs he could not give a real judgement and only go off what was spoken. But from that, he told it was resolved like you said.

So back to Neons roleplay. Yes, it was a little childish, but at the end of the day if that's what neon does for fun then that's fine. As long as he is following server rules and is not being offensive towards anyone then no rules were broken. Remember if he is being a bit of a "dick" towards you in RP.. there is nothing stopping you from being a "dick" back. it's all part of the fun, might also knock some sense into him...  Then if it starts to get a little out of hand and you are not enjoying it, you can just do a // and ask him to stop. 

So, in conclusion, there will be no punishments dealt on this occasion.
