Not sure what server. 50% sure it was server 3. Basically Neon and his buddys were in a shootout with my gang shot neon then the cops came and took over.I'm sure it was DI Tampax who killed the rest of them. We went and told the medics not to revive them after the cops have left. Neon doesn't wait for medic. He spawns at ARAC (Don't know if his NLR timer had ran out) he drives his purpleish offroad to a locked SUV at where he last died. Jumped in his SUV I then ordered him out the vehicle at gunpoint and he fled from the scene not valueing his life at all. Then I asked my gang member who that was known it was one of the guys we just killed as the vehicle was locked and he came back to his SUV from a previous life and my gang member said Neon and another said is he really breaking his NLR to come back to his SUV then I asked him to come to teamspeak as he'd just recently killed one of our gang members from bad RP but I got 0 response. He then later around the time of 01:30am 28/02/2016 started spamming sidechat after people told him numerous times to stop spamming. Then after this posted a link to a youtube channel, I would think this was advertising. Not sure about other admins though! I personally think this player as no disregard for the rules.
