I was taken hostage by the forsaken kings, i also believe they the way i was taken hostage was really poor i can upload the video of that also if required , they were trolling me by walking me around the map in restraints for 30 mins, i was in roleplay and was acting in character using language some may find offencive, but id like to add this is roleplay and this is the character i like to portray.
Neo was part of these guys trolling me by allowing to let his guys walk me around for 30 mins without no real reason and quite frankly poor RP on all of those involved in the forsaken kings.
I believe neo abused his admin powers by changing to admin during this rp situation and tried to get me to break rp and too be honest i felt very threatened by the way he was talking to me, even tho he dosent say it directly you can quite clearly hear that he wants me too say something out of character so he can ban me.
Subsequently after the 8pm restart i am banned.
Couldnt try to resolve as when i went to contact Neo he had logged off teamspeak.
I believe at 1.37 the guy calls me immature and i say " im immature touché " maybe this guy thought i said your gay are something but there was definately not homophobic like he claims.

How Did I abuse my admin powers? 

We never trolled you, infact your comments towards Finchyy (whom I request post the reason finchyy took him hostage in the first place).

I was driving around in an SUV to which I heard you call him a faggot...

So, the only put on voice i can do okay(ish) was welsh, to which you hurtled the phrases "sheep shagging faggot".

This is all after your own gang leader stated you were talking whilst restrained on teamspeak. This is also inside the recording where the gang member stated he "RDM'd"

2 mins 19 seconds... say's it all.

I have no need to lie, you were restrained to which you were calling out things to your "teammates" on teamspeak. This was verified with the actual person in the channel. I gain nothing from banning you. But as Vladic said;

are you serious he tracked my position through my gps and began to initiate on you guys, nothing was said in teamspeak, i believe he resolved that situation on teamspeak with the people involved, this is not a report about that its, about you abusing your position as admin, if you cant accept what i said in ROLEPLAY then why are you even playing.

the rules state if you see a admin you are to ignore them so i didnt want to break rp, i tried to resolve through writing a note but was unable to as my hands were tied so i couldnt resolve this. 

Like i said this was all said in RP, i would understand if it was said in teamspeak or OOC as this is unacceptable, but it was in a RP situation.
