Please (in detail) describe the incident

Basically, I was with my officers. We were tipped off by a man called Chris T. Chris T is otherwise known as Kieran Tigerforce, a Chief Inspector who affiliates with the gang. He told us that there was lots of armed rebels, and that they might act not nicely. After arriving, and being met by many armed rebels, me and my fellow officers were quite scared. It also felt a bit fishy that we had been lured in by these dispatches, a person trying to bust his own freinds, however thats not the point of the report.

What irritated me in the whole situation is how little RP Naylor throws at me. It literally just consists of him chucking abuse at me, calling me a cunt, a bastard, etc. while I am stripped of everything knocked over the head and threated with bare minimum RP. Rarirt then goes on to blatently metagame my name, before I am shot, as a fellow officer who was initated on with lethal force rubbers them. After this, I was unrestaned by Norman. I ran, but was shot instantly, and then (sadly audio cuts out here) was executed with noting said. Naylor himself writes in his TS bio, ''You are being executed today in the name of (HOBO GANG NAME)' Hahaha Fuck offff! ' I find this hypocrytical, as one of his gang members (Rarity) again does the exact same thing to me.

This whole situation could of been done 100x better, and Im disapointed in Naylor, who ive seen is competent at roleplaying, but showed a disregard for it here.

mate i told you not to do this because it is my fault not naylors and i also ask you to come to lobby to explain all of this ( which you did refuse )

Another things is non of my gang knew about this, my idea was to call the police to arrest 2 fugitives on the run which as a cop is my responsibility however later on i did message you saying actually dont because this could be class as baiting . overall this is my fault nobody else and i take full responsibility for this.

Tom i'm sorry mate but this is ridiculous! We were having a meeting on server 2 hoping that nobody would disturb us and you lot decided to show up.. You were well and truly not baited to the location we were having the meeting in the slightest. Myself and the other gang members did not have a clue that you had a dispatch sent out to you regarding our meeting so from our perspective, you were coming to crash it. Now as for your death.. Well all I can really say to that is, as soon as those rubbers started flying, it was game on at that point. We weren't initiated on nor did we fire any shots at the police only until we were engaged by the police with rubbers which cut the RP scenario shorter than what we would of liked. 

That's all I will say on this matter.

Kieran is not a player I am reporting, this can be seen by navigating to the top of this page, it says it on the title. Honestly, my death isn't one of the main reasons I'm reporting either. What irritated me was the abuse that was flung at me, followed by metagame. You have not adressed my primary point.

I too will add nothing to this report unless a admin requires me to do so.

Ok, first of all.. I said your collar number which bare in mind is a VISIBLE thing that you can see so please don't play the metagame card with that. Also I am swearing at you within RP. My character at this moment in time is currently in an RP situation where the police is despised by him and those who decide to follow him. Please note Tom that this is an adult community and everything said within RP is not to be taken personal.

No SHOTS were fired at police. However Tom was knocked out (which I saw) which is a form of non-lethal initiation from what I have been told.

I'll be honest the rubbering wasn't too smart, we didn't realise just how many of you were there and thought that all of you had surrounded Holland. The idea was to rubber you all, cuff you, free Holland, and go from there. It did work though, as during the period of you guys being rubbered Tom was kindly released by another person, not sure exactly what happened afterwards.

I understand this is not the key point of the response but I think it should be more accurately clarified due to the slight accusatory tone i'm gathering from your response, this is all I have to do with the report and shall say no more.

The petty insults go over my head, I don't take them personally. It's not that you swore at me, it's that all you did was swearing at me. I love this adult community, it supply's good roleplay an de enjoyable experiences, and as far as I'm concerned, don't support moronic name calling, and nothing more.

Metagame was not you, it was the who said 'hello Anonymous Capybara'' , or something along those lines. The excuse that you had obtained this in previously encounters is irrelevant, because I never actually gave you my name.

I will now definitely not comment any further. Definatley.

After speaking at length with @CreatorChris we have come to the following decision.

Report Denied.

We have decided that the situation yes is very aggressive and not necessarily the role play that you might of wanted to receive.  However, what sort of role play did you expect to receive when you arrive in the middle of a large gang meeting.  Sometimes in game you receive role play that you may not want but we need to take advantage of every role play opportunity we are given big or small.
We don't see you adding anything to this role play situation. In your own video the only time you really talk to them is after they are rubbered by your friend.  We don't understand why you didn't try talking your way out of this situation even if you knew it was going to fail and you would die.. There is so much you could of done but you did not do it.
In future if you want better role play try to actually give role play out to the people who are being aggressive to you. You do not have to win every role play situation we get into.
