So basically ... we were flying around near airport / athira just talking and having some banter.. then we see a Ghosthawk so the pilot decides to follow it... we continue to follow it untill we see that the police are in a firefight with NF i believe ... so we hover above spectating.. we then take shots from the ghosthawk so we move a little .. then [NATO] DMT fires at us and kills me. At this point he has had more than enough time to see that we are infact UNMC in our uniforms and we are not involved. I messaged [NATO] DMT in game asking him to come to TS because we cant use OOC anymore and i also messaged another member of his gang and they both disconnected straight away and didn't come back. This is why i decided to take it to a report.

Second thing in your own video you can see 1 of you started pointing gun at the gun area do you really expect to not get shoot in the middle of the fight ? If you were watching with binoculars or range finders it would be nice but you pointed gun inside active gun fight....+ We were fighting with cops, TCK you heard the shoots you didnt reacted.  It was active gun fight we saw you with gun.

 
We are UNMC mate.. we wear a specific blue uniform .. you can easily identify us mate... and you qould know we werent involved .. so dont give me the old ' oh it was an active gunfight ' stuff .. its not gonna cut it im afraid.

 
Look in my video your uniform how looks. And you was landing with chopper and poiting guns at us.

 
There are a few concerns regarding this report.

In the video in at 1m20, someone in the helicopter says "look at the [NF] guys". Making a decision when using this information in game is considered meta-gaming. Care to enlighten us as to who made this comment?

Also the heli is hovering closely with a gunfight, with players with guns out. It is a known tactic to snipe from a heli. It is also quote clear from the video that the people in the heli were keen for the gunfight.
Common sense would suggest that if you are getting fired at, mid-gunfight, you leave if you don't want to be involved.

 
So this is some pretty hardcore baiting from the UNMC in the heli, the meta gaming really takes the biscuit too.

Cozza you haven't engaged in any rule breaking yourself but unfortunately those around you have.

Before we get stuck into the meat of this report a ban has been handed down to J O S H whom is the chap consistently meta gaming the NF/NATO guys deliberately encouraging others to get involved in that gunfight because you can see them dieing in side chat, you already have 3 warnings in the past, one of which is for meta gaming.

So the issue itself, the NATO gents are involved in a gunfight with the police, that is entirely clear and identified by the chaps in the heli. There are multiple calls to land and get involved but it's decided not to due to the fact initiation would have to be made but UNMC decide to still hang around.

The Ghost Hawk gives what look like warning shots and the decision is made to land, shortly after this Cozza is shot out of the heli. There are also calls to open fire on the ghost hawk when it gives warnings which worries me further. 

@NF DMT you say you thought they were police but I can clearly ID them as UNMC from your video, it is extremely unlikely police would be flying a yellow striped civ hummingbird and I really don't believe you've mistaken them for police. You also use the fact they had weapons as an excuse to shoot them, that is not a valid reason and within the rules you can't shoot anyone and everyone with a weapon while in a gunfight with the police or this server turns into a Team death match every time a gunfight starts.

You've been unbanned for only just over 2 weeks and you're already in trouble again, that's really not good is it?

Due to the mitigating circumstances of the obvious baiting and rule breaking from the UNMC side I will be warning you for RDM, please ensure you've engaged in roleplay with all groups you are firing upon.
