These guys were stealing my friend's truck, so when I gunpointed a robber and told him to put his hands up. He then pulled out a pistol and shot at me.

Report Rejected - RP was initiated and shots were fired by your side. Also looks like there was some desync because in the video I see you running him over, but he doesn't get hit with the VDM animation. You may open up  another report if you have evidence of the player in the orange SUV for a VDM violation.
