I was going up to the Kavala auction house to price check the bergen backpack when i saw a few people just running around the place and i decided to watch what is happening. there was 2 guys that were robbing a guy, the video explains the rest of what happened.

I see a few things in this situation - first of all, if you dont want to get involved in a situation, then dont keep driving around the area. 

However, since Big Lad Baba decides to do a count-down and not issuing anything remotely close to compliance i.e. "Put your hands *or you will get shot*" I see no other cause of action than to issue a ban. 

Big Lad Baba, you need to improve your RP - perhaps surround yourself with others who are knowledgeable about how to properly engage in a hostile situation, as neither countdowns "3-2-1" or just saying "Put your hands up - Put your hands up" is sufficient or high quality roleplay.
