Please (in detail) describe the incident
we had pulled up to Uranium Processor to attempt to detain a orca suspected to be processing we pull the suv up to the front gate and decamp to have a chat with the gentleman in question which at that point he had already seen us and made his escape,few moments later as we attempt to leave the scene the gentleman in the helicopter turns back around and attempts to try his luck again at processing so we decide to come round the back this time and attempt to grab the suspect before he made his escape the second time on the approach i witness the gentleman looking in his helicopter to process his next batch we set up and initiate with non lethal force to detain the suspect he then hearing us attempts to make his escape for the second time at which point i discharged unlethal on him and detained him. at that point read him his rights bundled him into the car and drove off to take him to the police station which at that point Apollo aborted to lobby to get out of being arrested. i would just like to add i had spoken to NA's gang leader in teamspeak he had told me that apollo refused to come to teamspeak.
