Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just died and spawned at paleto hospital when i ran down the road a green van with 2 people in and 1 on the back just reversed and randomly just drove over me after the did this they drove off then came back and said unlucky i did then ask in ooc for the person who RVDM me but no response

i would like to add i was in a discord call with my mate i understand that you might believe this to be metagaming however at the time he wasn't in the city his id - 449
