Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was just driving by bike down past MRPD and a taxi just flattens me with no RP whatsoever. Didn't have enough time to get his sessionhead ID. I asked in ooc after for the person to come to Discord to talk about what happened, but no one came to the Channel

May I ask if you have any further footage showing a longer timescale of the situation, or is this all you have? 

 
Hi @BenIsBanned, thank you for the response. 

Even though this is your full clip, for reports such as RDM & RVDM we do ask for recordings which show 3-5 minutes prior to the incident.
Although it has been claimed you've been RVDM'd here I cannot make any judgement on this without seeing anything prior as there could be masses amount of context I am missing.

Due to the above, I will not be acting on this report with any punishments today however I would like to thank you for taking your time to make this report!
