Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was selling drogas at mara gas when a random local car speeds down the road and hits me to which I believe was very intentional, if they stopped and apologised it would've been fine but they kept driving and left me for dead. Asked him in OOC why he did it to no response. Skip to the end of the video for the RVDM

This looks pretty clear cut to me, video length is sufficient enough. Player drives on the wrong side of the road and side swipes you and does not respond in OOC when questioned for the RVDM.
