We saw someone that was executing 2 guys, then we pulled up, my friend got out the car and yelled "put your hands up" and when i was about to get out the car, i got shot before doing so meanwhile i had the 1fps glitch

No, because i deleted it, since the situation first started there. As you can hear we are surprised of what he is doing

Besides, those two guys that got executed were not with us either, and to me, this looks like obvious RDM, since i haven't gotten out of my car yet, so he had no idea knowing i was with the guys initiating, and no idea that i had a gun, so he has no reason to shoot me.

After reviewing the video, Now this is only 30 seconds long and within RDM claims we would need a video of 3-5 minutes long. Within this video you can see you went towards someone robbing others, Not to sure if this was the first interaction with the other person. I heard a poor initiation (Hands up or die pretty much) within the video and people being killed. With yourself being killed the other person would of had no idea you had the 1 fps bug and i am sure if you talked over teamspeak this would of been resolved.

My decision is based on there was an initiation on the other persons life within the video and it isn't clear to anyone else only those you were in teamspeak with. The other person wouldn't of known you had the 1 fps bug. If this does happen in future I would highly recommend to try and resolve the issue within teamspeak if possible. This is optional however this could of been resolved by all parties involved.

Based on this i will be rejecting this report @Nolsen.
