First of all we went to uranium buyer to check out whats going on.
There was 1guy dead on the floor and nobody else to be seen on scene.
Somebody drives past and my friend tells him to go away.
Then we just go about with our errands.
Then some guy (propably the dead mans friend) came and starts driving off with the truck even when i told him to go away.
I tell him to get out or i would pop hes tires, but i didnt shoot.
Then he just rams me with the truck and runs into another car and explodes.
This isnt the problem yet but after about 3-4minutes this MUTHAY comes up and just executes us on scene.
I had 400 000pounds on me and all my gear that i lost too.
He told me that i was trying to kill him and from the video you can clearly see i didn't.
I hadnt seen MUTHAY at any point before this.
We asked him on teamspeak after and we couldnt come to a fair conclusion.
I have the whole thing on video straight from the point we land.

I'll start by explaining the situation before these 2 guys landed their heli.

I was at the airport when 4 members of the gang that i am in went to see whats happening at uranium buyer, they asked for my help, and i told them that i can come and help them. When i was on my way to the uranium buyer in a hatch sport, they crashed their heli resulting in their deaths but i still went there to see if i can save something or find someone to rob. When i got there atleast 3 people that i dont know, were dead, one guy came from inside the uranium buyer pointing a pistol at me telling me to go away or he'll shoot me and a second later a friend of his came in a SUV heavily armed telling me the same thing that if i dont go away i will get shot. I saw a window of opportunity to shoot the heavily armed guy in the face when none of them were looking at me and then i continued by fighting the other guy who had only a pistol. As i was shooting at this other guy and he was shooting at me, the 2 guys in the heli that reported me today, they were hovering above us as we were fighting. When i killed the second guy they went in for a landing at which point i got in my hatchback and drove away, you can even hear them in the video telling me that they will shoot my tiers. 

I came back to find them downed and went inside the buyer to make sure that there isnt anyone else in the aerea but the guy hovering his orca. After taking a few tracer shots at the orca one of the downed guys calls me a "fucking deaf cunt" , it wasnt my intention to execute them in the first place, i was trying to make the orca leave but then one of them called me that as even said in the video when i executed them. I'm not the type of guy who gets offended by such words but it is very offensive for some people and you should not use them when roleplaying nor IRL.

If i broke serve rules and members of the stuff think that that is RDM i would like to be punished as deserved, but i would like them to look at the fact that you guys broke server rules aswell as seen in the video. [ARM] BigManMagnet logged out because he didnt want to get robbed.

 (2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

And i am sorry that i didnt record what we spoke on teamspeak to show the stuff your attitude when i was trying to expalin what happened before you landed, and one of you called me a kid by saying " is this kid serious now " at which i replied that i'll leave the channel if you dont talk like normal people and someone of you decided to tell me to "fuck off their channel" which i did.

Even if your in-character motivation for wanting to kill these guys is because they tried to kill you earlier, you must still abide by the rules. The two I've pasted below are the most relevant:

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

"I'm going to be executing you for trying to kill me earlier. Have a nice day." is not high quality role-play. This is a completely different situation for your characters, and there was plenty of chances for you to talk to the guys on the floor. Instead, you decided to say a short sentence and then kill them.

You have also been warned about low quality RP before, for pretty much the exact same thing, so clearly you have not learnt.
