So, that day, the day of the incident, I decided to roleplay as a shopping assistant at the rebel outpost. Everything was going well, at first I was with 2 of my group members, but later they left the outpost. I stayed there and came across a "ghost" that has awoken there to haunt people.

As we were having a chit-chat, 2 players came to the outpost and interrupted our chat. One of them was acting nice and asked me to show where he could buy a pass. Though the other person was constantly making noises (most likely to mock me for my ability of speaking english not that well). Later the "nice" guy started being not so nice. So my reaction was to softly threaten them so they would stop. They continued to be rude to me. Then I unholstered my gun, though I did not point it at them nor I directly threatened them (a.k.a told them to put their hands up or said that I will engage if they don't stop being hostile). One of them proceded to knock me out without saying a word that I will get knocked out. They told the "ghost" to leave, and as I was trying to calmly resolve the situation, they both opened fire at me while I was knocked, and after the animation, they killed me. Then they proceded to act stupid and make fun of me.

Later, after 12 minutes of my death, I tried to contact them through OOC chat, the first time being not calling them out directly, the second being directly. The second time I called them to come to TS, they were on the server, and a few seconds after, both disconnected. I do not have footage for that of my own, but one of my group members does. Also, the "ghost" (whose name is shown in the video) could technically act as a witness.

There is quite clearly a lengthy hostile roleplay situation going on here, and had you not pulled your weapon and pointed it at the hobo's they would likely have not bothered you further than verbal confrontation. 
The fact of the matter is that lengthy hostile roleplay persisted, you drew your weapon and they knocked you out. The fact that the guy claimed not to have a weapon so he couldn't be threatening you originally serves only really to be seen as a vague attempt for de-escalation. 

Once you were knocked out and we've had this hostile roleplay that has persisted, there's nothing really to stop them shooting you. They decide you're too much of a threat to let you live, and while your incapacitated they fill you full of holes like a fine swiss cheese. 

What I will say @John McCupry is that you do not roleplay appropriately when on the ground. "you can't do that" is that really something that someone who has been shot would say? Resolving a situation is conducted out of roleplay in teamspeak.
