I arrived to a gunfight with Poseidon. After the gunfight was over I told the person to leave the area or I was going to arrest him if he didn't. I had to tell him twice before he left. After some time I got randomly shot by the same person I asked to leave. I messaged using "//" asking him to liaison but he never showed up or said anything.

After reviewing your report, the evidence provided is rather short, we usually request a video that is about 3-5 minutes long so that we can see what happens before the incident. 

In this case however, in this case we will be looking past it as it is clearly RDM. And the other reason why we'll be dealing with the report as it is, because MrKat has had a rather interesting chat history with some discriminatory chatter and rather disgusting abuse. Due to this, thanks to @AlexRose, he has already been banned. 

This will be added to his record for when he wishes to be unbanned.
