So i was heading to the airfield from Kavala and on my way i see a truck in the middle of the road, i try to avoid crashing into it, when doing so he decided to take a turn straight into me. This was intentional because my friend has seen him break rules such as RDM/VDM on other servers.

I have checked your in game chat and I cannot see anywhere you trying to resolve it with him.

You are on his side of the road for the most of the video, how do you know he wasn't trying to avoid you? This looks a lot like just a regular traffic collision to me not VDM.

My only question, how did you try to resolve it with him?
