A guy perhaps thought I initiated roleplay for him to be able to deffend himself and shoot me back, but my gun was lowered and I never tried to rob anyone or threaten lifes so this was a clear RDM in my eyes.

Hi, 

I have reviewed the evidence you have provided and as you haven't provided a longer video I'm not able to determine whether this was indeed RDM as I have no idea what happened previous to you being shot as only 30 seconds of video is shown.
