I had just spawned in and retrieved my hatchback sport. I drive to pick up a friend, a guy jumps out of his car and within less than a second of finishing an order to get out of the car he shoots me. I asked him in side to come to the Liverpool room on TS several times, and he ignored me.

EDIT ---- Straight after filing this report and respawning, him and his mate VDMed me twice then RDMed again.
