I might say, that i didn't mean to hit you, we already made a initiation on the car's tires, and when i shot at the tires the bullets might have bounsed up in the hull and hit you guys, im sorry for hitting you, but this happends everyday, but im sorry, didn't mean to hit you.

Hello, I was involved in this chase however i was quite far behind in the chase, but if i may you guys seem very new to this server but not the Arma RP. I say this because you guys have done what we call "hop on squad". where you tell your friend chippy to login and help within hardly 2 minutes would break (4.3) When joining the server, you cannot involve yourself in any ongoing hostile situations (eg. RBA or a robbery) involving your group/faction for 15 minutes. 

On top of this we take steps to make sure officers can handle firearms but unfortunately not everybody is like deadshot nailing every target, and everybody i have spoken to before has understood that.

Also your friend chippy with the spike strip should be more careful, because when your running around with spike strips you can cause alot of damage as it acts as an object and will blow up cars if it comes into contact or in some cases instant kill people.

Alright ive seen the video evidence. On this i conclude there is no RDM. 
The officer clearly hit the tires multiple times. but duie arma sometimes the bullets ricochet.
And this happened so thats the reason you got killed. IF you choose to run from the police then you know this is a outcome that can happen. 
@ACC Jon brings up chippy broke rule 4.3. This is not the case here. the rule say "you cannot involve yourself in any ongoing hostile situations" 

The situation was not hostile yet. no initiation was made at that point.
