I went to initate on someone and they decided to pull their plug, when they got back on the server they ignored my messages about resolving on TS.

My apologies for the long wait.

After reviewing the evidence, I've first thought of waiting to see if Mr. Dids would notice the report on him for combat logging. I believe sufficient amount of time was given for that.

As the video shows, Mr Dids disconnects from the game the moment you are robbing him, therefor he will be banned.

I suggest for future reference, you do not use the key chain to check peoples names as you can get in trouble due to it being meta gaming.
