So my gang was selling drugs, where Surge gang rolled up on us and wanted to rob us, and i got videos from 2 gangmembers perspective, we think that this is poor/low quality RP because they didn't want to do it for RP, they just did it for a fight. Whilst in ts, they told us, they were only there for robbing us, and not roleplaying, where Liam (the leader of the gang) admitted they wanted nothing else than that, in teamspeak. I have named most of the people i remember from the situation in the title.

Hello, I would just like to point out and say that I was playing as the same name as one of the reported players above (David Moyes). I am a different person and have no affiliations with this :)

I am the great davey moyes.

And for the report, i was not there for the initiation, i was 5km away when i was called in to help, all i heard from the people that i was playing with was shoot any armed man on sight, so i do not believe i should be involved in this at all as i was not part of the initiation an was only called for support.

I just mentioned all the players i could remember at the scene, whether they were there from the beginning or not, there are still some players i haven't mentioned due to i can't remember all the names

 
I didn't mean it like that im saying we wanted to rob you , you didn't put you're hands up if you did it would be been a better situation

 
As I was involved in the TeamSpeak situation I would like to make the request of the whole TS recording put up as things where said after that which shows Liam did not mean anything bad by what he said.

I would like to quote this rule, just to set things straight from the beginning of the initiation.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

I don't understand what your point is honestly with this report. We gave you loads of time to comply. Around 20 seconds in fact. You then decided (Which is not shown in the video) to drive away in one of your hemmits. Which you can hear in the video also of one of you saying "im out of here". I don't see how you can state we're doing 'low RP' when we've given you sufficient time to comply along with you not complying at-all.

 
Also, would like to ask:

at 53 in the video. Why did you call us 'retard squad'? Not very nice. 

 
as i was also involved in the teamspeak situation i would like too add how much you were baiting us. multiple parts of the video were cut out on the other report so i feel like you put this report up as revenge. 

You were completely hostile the whole way through in teamspeak so i kicked you out of the channel. please upload the full TS Convo.

You didn't kick me out of the channel, i left myself, because you guys needed to have a meeting meanwhile we were trying to sort this situation out

I don't even know why you bring this up, it had nothing to do with the in-game situation, and since it was said in teamspeak, then why do you even bring it up?

 
By the looks of it no further comments will provide evidence or a form of resolution. Topic locked till a staff member dealing with the report has any questions to the OP/poster.

If you have anything of actual meaning (evidence/solid argument/attempt at resolution/apology/recognition of apology etc) other than bickering to comment then ask a staff member to comment on your behalf.

 
Alright, here goes nothing. 

I am going to be unlocking this with strict guidelines.

Now, after reading all of the comments, and reviewing all of the evidence I have picked up on a few things. 

LM: I have noticed within this Player Report that the people from your perspective broke several Server Rules. 
All information gained via the videos provided. 

  1. 0:38  "It's AWT Meme Man"
  2. 0:49 "It's not AWT, it's fucking CENSORED squad" (You can find out what he said, I will not be repeating this)
  3. 1:26  mrsnaps meta games GHOSTK1LLER & PMC
  4. 1:50 "Dude, PMC have just RDM'd us all"
Let me explain the faults of each of these points. 

1. This is considered meta gaming. Not only does this person state the name of the person and the gang, Caboose & Jack then begin to use this information that was gained illegitimately to attempt to affect ingame actions. I would like to know the persons name who broke this Server Rule. 

2. I would like to know the persons name who called the the gang robbing you "CENSORED WORD" - This is called discrimination which is against the Server Rules. 

3. @mrsnaps can you explain to me why you meta gamed GHOSTK1LLER at the time frame given above?

4. Once again, meta gaming. Please provide me with the name of the person that said this. 

Surge: It's not exactly clear who is involved with this situation but I will ask;

1. In this video you hear that a person said "They're shooting at me" at 0:34 - Now is this involved with you guys? Was there an initiation outside of the church initiation?

2. Do you not think that you could have roleplayed a little bit more when Caboose asked whether they could negotiate with you for a better outcome that didn't include a massive firefight in Kavala?

I am going to tag all of the people that have commented within this post, as I said, unless you have anything beneficial to say do not say it. I just don't know exactly who's involved so want to get everything that has commented aware of my response.

Yes it is invovled with us, if you watch the video closely you can see a hemmit leaves. We proceed to shoot out the tires of said hemmit after giving sufficent time to comply.

I can understand this point of it could be considered little roleplay from their perspective. However, in the video ( can be clearly seen from the shot from the heli) that one of them decided to drive away with their hemmit which we decided they were lying through their teeth and was going to kill us after bluffing that they wanted to negotiate.

I am going to tag all of the people that have commented within this post, as I said, unless you have anything beneficial to say do not say it. I just don't know exactly who's involved so want to get everything that has commented aware of my response.

Me = Carl Ceasar was involved as a backup. I just arrived to kavala from a RP scenario, when my friends was radio in there was a active gunfight in kavala and some of our guys was downed. I hooked myself a gps and then was entering the active fight. It was about the last 5 min of the fight. That was my part of this situation.

 
i am emp man now i did not respond there were 3 gangs involved surge lm and ug i believe was the third no when i opened fire i waited till kills had been exchanged and the i had not shot any one from lm i shot 2 guys from ug then lm jack i belve but the video dosent show me killing the ug guys i feel as if i should be void from this report because i waited i did not start shooting when my gang initated first but if the reporter feels like this was fail/rp from me then it is fine
