Please (in detail) describe the incident
When picking up a downed friend I got out of the vehicle to place my weapon in my bag before entering kavala, as I exited the car my friend said "there's a guy with a pistol behind you" as he said this i was already pulling out my weapon when the man with the pistol opened fire, I quickly fled into a doorway and tried to return fire but was quickly killed. once downed I said "you cant fire without initiation" to witch he responded by saying "I told you to put up your hands" then imitatively executed me. After the event I tried to contact the player in ooc and requested he talk with me I then saw him in kavala and used ooc to ask to talk with him and upon seeing this he disconnected.
