What best describes this incident: (G11.4) Recruitment Restrictions Individuals who have left a whitelisted gang/group, whether voluntarily, forcefully or otherwise will be subject to a mandatory 1-month cool down period before joining another whitelisted group.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello to which ever Staff member is reading this!

I believe Molotov is breaking rule (G11.4), Archie from the Padrinos has tried to get Molotov into QE to see if he is with them as not even 3 days ago we saw Molotov in Azteca's clothing and colours! and now he is getting involved with shootouts and disregarding the rules of the server

on the 2nd of November we had Molotov up at the hen house getting involved with the "Beef" due to Lois and him, as an Azteca as you can see in the pictures provided and now tonight pushing the house, then seen outside of there bar

Please can you tell me when you left Azteca's? and why haven't you waited the mandatory 1 month cool down?
 
I’m happy to answer your questions in liason and you can clip that and put it in here if you deem it necessary but I’m also not in hustlers the mask you are seeing is the mask that got left to the old 229 members. Which I wear anytime I’m not on a gang because we were given staff permission to do so

Okay but if you're not wearing the mask why are you getting involved with a whitelisted groups "beef"?

but can you answer my question on when you left Azteca's please...
 
I left aztecas 2-3 days ago and yes I’m hanging about for hustlers is the point your getting at but i am not a part of them and the reason is I was shot at and forced into the situation to which is why I am asking to you to join liason so that we can clear all this up in a simple vc instead of all this back and forth. So I will ask again do you want to make this easier for as all and go qe YES OR NO

I am not in breach of these rules at hustlers turf i am a hustlers hangaround getting a gun pointed at me by a padrino and i defended my self and at the padrino house i got shot at i admit i put myself in position to get shot at but that was intentionally as i am on thin lines as it is with staff to which i do value my place in this community and in paleto is irrelevant as im creating a roleplay story line. I am not in breach of g11.4 as i am not a part of hustlers

I have asked for a clip of molotov jumping of the fence and him getting shot at which gave him the right to get involved with the shootout. He has said it will take 3 hours to upload so he wont give the clip. screenshot of our chat

Like I said in our chat Molotov I will watch the clip and see why you jumped the fence... with audio! you showed a clip yes but as soon as you said "fuck it" to eric you skipped forward, you had no reason to jump the fence did you? I don't want staff to have a book to read so lets keep it short and I will wait for you clip with the 30 seconds before you jumped over and got shot at and then you running over to the people who shot at you!

Ok, so going off the information available. I see a push on the Padrino house by 2 separate gangs at the same time.

So @Molotov , was there teaming involved here, or did you put yourself in a position that would force you to get involved in the gun fight?

How did you come to be involved. I need some footage, or I'll have to proceed with the information I have.
 
@C_Date ill be completely honest i put myself in a position to get shot at and this is my own fault but it wasnt intentional. I also at this time i was not in an f6 so it wouldnt be 2 gangs i agree i shouldnt of but myself in this postion as to this i wasnt thinking and just wanted a better view of the fight ik its stupid and i can only blame myself and will have to face the consequences of my actions to which i apologized to multiple padrinos to which they understood and accepted the apology.

So do what you have to do with the information given from my own stupidity and not thinking about what im doing.

But what i can do is only apolgise for my actions again and hope that i get given a chance and realise it is just a misjudgment
 
So after having looked into this report and given it some time. I've come to the following conclusion.

Whether it be a mistake on your part, or an intended deception, I'm unsure. But at the time of the shooting, your character was in an F6. I'll put faith in it being an honest mistake.

That puts 2 groups attacking 1, simultaneously, due to your actions.
