Please (in detail) describe the incident: So with this report i will start from the beginning, As people know we are in "beef" with 229 and most of the night we have been on there radio freq.
We hear them say something about a red neo and shortly after we get a group chat message saying it is a hustler.
Not long after as we are on there radio freq they say he is dead and they was taking him to a dodgy doctor.
We all make our way to redwood dodgy and long story short we have a gun fight and hustlers come out on top. I then take 3 229 members to grapeseed dodgy as I'm there i get told on radio that Ryan carling is going to go down as he's getting shot.
By the time i get there i don't see him but i see a police car leave i then follow the police car to pillbox .
After i go in pillbox and get told by Ryan that the guy in the bed is 229, I then hold him up and say "Drop your GUNS on the ground"
He then used the box on the floor to his advantage by dropping a pistol even though i said GUNS and he had more than one gun on him. i pick up the gun and then point my gun back at said 229 member and he pulls out a machine pistol and proceeds to shoot me.

After speaking in discord to resolve this
I get told i didn't nvl i didn't power game if you want report me it will get denied anyway

Good evening @Jake SamuelThank you for making this player report.

After reviewing the evidence you've provided i've come to a conclusion and ill explain it below:

You have attempted to rob Molotov at gun point in pillbox after he leaves the hospital bed, you tell him to drop his guns on the floor, at this point in time he is not at an obvious disadvantage, he is not outnumbered and he is also armed with a gun. He then drops one of his guns on the floor which causes you to lower your gaurd for a moment resulting in him having the opportunity to pull out a gun and shoot you. I want to state this is VERY BORDERLINE on NVL. This whole situation could have been better from both sides, robbing someone straight out of a hospital bed is not great rp wise and not something we encourage however in certain situations context makes it make sense. You could have ziptied Molotov or had someone with you to ensure a situation like this wouldn't occur by putting him at a obvious disadvantage with weapons and numbers. 

In regards to the powergaming claim, staff have spoken and come to the conclusion that due to how game mechanics work this is not powergaming, you dropped your gaurd to search the box/pickup what he dropped when you were alone, you should have had backup or ziptied him before searching what he dropped.
