My self and SGT 33 had chased our stolen hatch back sport until it crash. The Player who had stolen it, ran away, and was detained I was escorting him back towards the car and SGT 33 (he was repairing the car), when another player Mohammed Santez and some other players approached (SGT 33 said to me he was being robbed) and quite literally in less than a few seconds just gunned him down. As you can see in the first video SGT 33 didn't even have a weapon in his hands, nor chance to comply.

I invited Mohammed Santez to TS and we spoke to him about this. He agreed that it was poor RP and bad initiation and that he was sorry. We explained that the server was focused on RP and not just gunning people down. He claimed to have read the rules prior to this and said he would conduct him better in the future.

Then a mere 16 mins later, we encounter him again. myself and SGT 33 pull over a stolen sports hatch back, detain 2 players and again are shot dead in a matter of seconds.

I sent him a msg after the seconds instance, but he never replied nor came onto TS.

I have the TS convo recorded for the first instance also if required.

Okay at the first i wanna tell the truth story. 

first video - it was my friend you chased in the vechicle when crashed, and restrained him. i was trying to help him out. and we saw 1 police officer staying beside the car. my friend and i shouted hands up, but it was dark and i didnt have nightvision. so i couldnt see if you was reparing your car. we gave 20 seconds, when you was finished fixing your car. you sit down, and looked at us. we knew there was 2 other police officers near. so we couldnt wait for you sit down and look at us. we gave you over 5 seconds to reply or do the command after fixing your car. 

second video - it was also my friend driving the police vechicle when you was chasing him. as you see in the video we give over 5 seconds. and one of the police officers were looking at me with a gun, when i shouted and could shot me anytime. so i couldnt do anything else then that begin to shoot... i think this is a bit unfair since the admin who is gonna choice the decision was the in the sutation, to see what really happened.

Im really sorry if you think about something else. but it was meant bad rdm. i really like to play on this server, and have been playing here ca. a month with all my friends. im trying to follow the rules as best as i can. but sometimes you makes a bit mistakes.

first time i was trying to fix as good as possible but didnt actually say something that it was my fail or bad rdm. i just said sorry, but i didnt know what i did wrong.

i also tried to fix it second time, but when i joined the channel you said i should you join. you was in there, and i leaved again after 5 police officers laughing because joining their ts channel. i leaved because there was breakfast, and couldnt wait for you to join the ts channel you said to me i should join.

Thanks for commenting, and trying to explain your side, however the recordings and your statement differ somewhat.   

After the first instance and talking to you on TS, its quite clear that you didn't take on board what we said as you did again 16 minutes later. Like we told you, the server and community focus heavily on ROLEPLAY and not running and gunning down everyone you encounter at every opportunity. 

As the first video demonstrates SGT 33 tells me on his radio comms that he is being robbed, (as a police offer this will be told to fellow officers rather rapidly, as when on patrol we value our life as a highest priority, and from that video you definitely do not give him 20 seconds to comply, nor 5 seconds like you say. does he pose a threat to you? No. as you can see his weapons are holstered)

In the second video, there are no officers pointing any weapons at you, you can clearly see i have my back towards you, and SGT 33 has weapon in hand but not aiming it at anyone. Before we can even reply to your friends threat we are gunned down.  

I don't have anything else to add, other than you and your friends also have awful initiation, you barely finish a sentence before shooting, that is also poor/fail RP.

At the first video hes saying im getting robbed after we have said plenty of times. maybe he didnt hear me, but we said it alot of times before killing anyone. 

i know this is a roleplay server, and i also just tried to help my friend in his situation to come to jail. i do not think this i only a wasteland. im really trying my best roleplay everytime.

Mohammed this is a serious roleplay community. I'ts not all about shooting and killing which you have demonstrated here. This is low quality roleplay resulting in ruining others roleplay
