Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was inside a safe zone when the player decided to attempt and mug me from the outside of the zone, then shot at me therefor breaking rule "(6.1.1)", YES in the video I did curse, sorry about that. also, the player failed to use a microphone and was using text chat, the rule "(3.3)" states a microphone is required.

@Riggs1965 would you be able to supply a longer video leading up to this incident? I would love to understand the context a little bit more. Can clearly see him breaking mentioned rules, but before actioning I want to as mentioned understand the full context.
