Modi Foka has RDMed me and has attempted to RDM two other officers of higher ranks than me and no intonation given before shooting. Modi Foka was a PCSO but has now been dealt with in that area.

Em sorry I don't have anymore footage but basically how the chase started was by me trying to pull him over for simply not having his lights on to just talk about it then he decides to turn it into a chase which started the 3 minute timer with no intonation been made.
