he stole my truck filled with meth then popped me in his car and drove from athira and then glitched me into the prison.

Hi,

I did steal your truck and have you ziptied. We also sold your meth. Correct - this is not trolling and there is nothing wrong with this. 

I took you to prison after telling you that you needed to log off and sort out your microphone. This is because it is clearly stated that you need a microphone to play on the server. This in turn would have forced to you log off and hopefully sort it out. I also felt you needed to read the rules over again as you somehow managed to tell your gang (despite "not having a microphone") that we had initiated on you and they in turn RDM'd us however I am not reporting this.  

I deny any trolling occurred here. The actions I took were to avoid you from being kicked from the server in the future.

It is a shame that you have not listened to what I said in game and taken steps to sort out the situation or come to me for a more thorough reasoning if you were unsure.

I can upload the entire video from the robbery if you wish. I told you multiple times that I do indeed have a mic but it was not working on the server. It is not up to you to determine when and if I log off. I would've relogged anyways but you obviously were trolling by exploiting the fact you could put me through the fence and into the jail. Also it was not my truck, I was just going to process the meth considering the owner of it didn't have the license. I told my friends as I was getting out of the truck that I was being robbed and then I tried to start rp'ing with you but as you could see for some reason my mic stopped working so that is not my fault. I then continue to let you know and I try to RP in the direct chat. I was under the intention that gang initiation was valid as I was under the assumption that if you initiate on me whilst my gang is right there then it was full gang initiation for yours and mine but I have been corrected and told that to make it my gangs initiation as well I would have had to inform you of their whereabouts. I still feel that you were trolling putting me in jail as you could have simply just left me in athira with my friends or even close by. Not all the way over the other side of the map glitched inside the prison.

Yes this is the thing. You cant expect anyone to rolelay with someone talking in side chat. I admit maybe I could have handled it a hbit more leniantley but I just got the impression you werent taking it in. I hope your microphone is sorted now. Have a nice evening.

Right then, i dont think it was best that @Mitch Conner delt with someone with no mic in that way instead of speaking an admin, but still has a point that if you have no mic, you need to go off, and if you knew that this is a mic only server, why continue to play if your mic is not working? looking at the whole reason etc. from what is being said. @Mitch Conner i will leave this as a warning to respon to this more responsibly next time or uou may not fair better next time, and Drunkenpotato i know he had not done the right thing, but please remember that if your mic is not working, you need to go off till it is fixed as it effects roleplay
