Please (in detail) describe the incident: While on duty as a police officer on GTA V RP we pulled over Mido skeptic (ID:615) Who decided to flee on foot. We chased and he decided to shoot at us which I understand. I returned fire and continued to give chase. However he decided to run away and as seen when he gets to upper Power Street he runs to where he thinks he cannot be seen however we see him combat log.

We got his ID through the use of CID confirming his Id through the blood.
